It is not possible to reserve a table, the seats that become available are assigned in a mysterious way. Rude staff. Good enough food but decide for yourself whether it's worth being treated like a leatherman for a piece of fat and endless french fries for $50 each.

Wow! This place is worth going too.. service is great (we had Felix as our server), food is great menu is uniquely simple and really cool. Ended up meeting Savoth (manager) on the sidewalk when I asking for advice about local “attractions” and “must sees” where he was super informative and polite. He then handed me a business card and invited me to his restaurant.. I have to say am I glad I took him up this offer!! Coming from Canada for a short visit.. this was a very Fun and Delicious experience. If I come back to NYC I’ll make my way back to this restaurant 100%, my wife being picky absolutely loved the food and atmosphere.. keep up the great work!!

the food is good for the price and all the cakes we tried were not overly sweet! it’s good if you want a nice ayce steak place, there was a line when i went so if you want seats for their dinner time, make sure to go early!
Food was cold, we don’t really mind the prices but it isn’t cheap at all, steaks were undercooked, clearly the griller doesnt know what he’s doing. Unlimited fries are as underwhelming as it sounds, now imagine serving them cold, Cocktails are a joke, salad was bland . Would skip this place if you’re in a foodie trip to NYC.

The ambiance was great. The potential for this restaurant is there, but my mom and are were very UNDERwhelmed with our meal. We both ordered our steaks medium (you're given the option of rare, medium or well) and our steaks were undercooked, we were looking for medium/medium well and they were more on the medium rare side. And the steaks weren't even hot, they were lukewarm at best. The endless fries were as well. Nothing was HOT. And we had dinner at 5:30-5:45ish, the restaurant opens at 5 so it's not like the food should have just been sitting around. We also got the cheesy bacon potatoes which were $12 and they also had potential but they were also cold but had a ton of melted cheese on top of them so i couldn't wrap my head around that. I also felt like a few of the bigger pieces of bacon weren't cooked either.
The service wasn't great either, it wasn't bad but it wasn't good. Our waitress was just going through the motions she was pleasant but it just felt like she was just there to be there. Then they have other waiters/busboys who CONSTANTLY stop by the table to refill your water which is great but it doesn't need to be refilled after every sip which is what it was starting to feel like. It was a little too much, taking plates off the table when we weren't done. Like they took our bread (which was really good) and didn't bring any back or even ask if we were done with it, so that was annoying.
The desert trolley concept was super cute. The variety was different the flavors are very specific, i ended up getting the lemon cheesecake which was VERY lemony but passed that layer the cheesecake was really good. My mom got the chocolate cake (which went by a French name but i couldn't hear or understand the woman who was telling us about the desserts so she summed it up for us as a Chocolate cake) and it wasn't good it was very dry.
I don't see us going back anytime soon but we can atleast say we went.

I went to this place for the first time and admittedly, the service is spectacular, but the kitchen takes quite a bit to bring the steak up. Once this out, though, it was extremely well cooked, flavorful, and the unlimited fries are to die for. They served everything including a salad, so nice and fresh. The state serving is definitely a good portion for Won, especially with the unlimited fries and included salad. The venue is very nice too! Overall 100% would return!
