Small jazz club. I loved it, but it's for those who enjoy listening to a good jazz band. It's not a bar for chatting and drinking. You buy tickets for one of the night's bands to perform and have to buy at least one drink. The place is quite small.

A must visit in NYC! If you haven’t pre-booked they do on the day reservations… just grab a reserve ticket a couple hours before show time. Great vibe and a lovely experience. Quite expensive!

We bought the tickets on site (remember to go there around 6:45 p.m.) they reserve some last minute tickets for $25 and you have to have an extra drink. Not very expensive for New York. Good atmosphere, good cocktails. The only bad point is that they left us waiting in the rain until 7:20 p.m. even though it had been open since 7:00 p.m. (maybe because we had bought last minute, but not nice at all).

Cozy basement jazz club with beautiful wooden spacious bar and excellent barmaid. Great acoustics from spacious stage. Bar snacks need improvement( overly salty olives and nuts). Italian breadsticks would be nice addition.
