I got the single classic one and I loved it. I got it with fries for 10 $. Everything at the airport id expensive but this place was not and honestly the quality was perfectly fine. People were also super nice

I spent 30.00 just to wait a half hour+ for my food this is not good service. Save yourself and go somewhere else . Update - took an hour to get my food .it was cold and nobone around to take out the overflowing trash

Perfectly cooked with tasty salad I want another as I’m righting this review. It’s one of them moments when eating and you don’t want it end so you start eating slower Highly recommend clean tidy restaurant with very pleasant staff

I placed an order online and I got their Double Bacon Smash. You can customize the burger to your liking when ordering through their site. My burger was juicy and great when dipped in what they call “Chicken Mayo”, which I got on the side. I also got Haystack Onion Rings. They were light and crispy. Can’t wait to come back and try other burgers!

I ordered my food on the restaurants website for pickup which was super easy. I tried their Double Bacon Smash, it has 2 patties and extra bacon. You're able to customize the burger to your liking when ordering through their site. The burger was juicy and great when dipped in what they call "Chicken Mayo", which I got on the side. I also got Haystack Onion Rings. They were light and crispy. I'm looking forward to trying their other burgers.

This place definitly is the best hamburger restaurant in New York.
I love smash burgers. I had clasic Chicken, double smash, and bacon single smash burgers. Burger were juicy and tasty. They said we use great quality beef. That make good quality burgers. Also they have nice shake which made with haagen daz ice cream.

I ordered a Burger, grilled chicken sandwich and tater tots. Burger was good but that is the only thing. Chicken sandwich at almost $8 was a thin chicken cutlet a piece of lettuce, 2 very thin pieces of tomatoes ans onions. The sandwich was not worth the price maybe $3 at most. Tater tots too salty, all you can taste is salt. In all the years of eating them I can see not once have I ever tasted salt on tater tots. The burger is the 3 star rating, the rest disappointed.

Ordered through Uber Eats and got an entirely different order than what was ordered. The burger was COVERED entirely inside and out in their Smash Sauce. Couldn't eat the burger because I don't eat that sauce and it just looked rushed. The tater tots were burnt and greasy like they were scraped from the bottom of the fryer. If they don't want to work they should cut delivery earlier. I will never order again let alone VISIT in person. If they don't put care into their delivery orders then I can only imagine their in store orders. Good luck for those who are brave enough to face this place.

This is what smash burger sent to my office today. They had us wait 3 hours after placing an order today and sent us someone else's food. I contacted smash burger and they were extremely rude to me. They acted as if they didn't care about what I was saying to them. Then the person hung up the phone on me while I was explaining my situation to them. Horrible experience!
