The food was delivered in a timely manner, however the shakes we ordered had to be asked for three times, even though people who came after us received their shakes.

Horrible service! Went in to order drinks and burgers with my boyfriend and the staff just kept giving us dirty looks and ignoring us. We had to walk out.

Love the food here, I would argue it’s better than shake shack. However, the employees here suck, the front lady was on the phone talking Spanish to a friend in addition to her coworkers. I had to wait 3-5 min for them to finish their convo so I could order.
Also the milkshake machine is broken.

Very disappointing experience. The burger was terrible and the meat was very dry. Potatoes are also useless. Furthermore, the place was very dirty. The uncleaned tables and the dirty floor. The only positive thing is that they bring the food to your table.

Smashburger was reasonably priced, but not exactly cheap considering you have to buy everything separately—there are no meal deals. The burgers were okay, but the smash-style patties were a bit hard and lacked flavor compared to other burger spots.
The Smashfries were the best part, well-seasoned and crispy. The overall experience was fine, but nothing standout. Also, the toilet was a bit old-fashioned and could use an update. Decent, but wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again.

I was there at 12 noon today. I ordered a burger and fries to go. I had to catch a train at Penn Station right across the street. Two Hispanic women came in after me and ordered to stay. The workers fixed and served them their orders first as they spoke Spanish only the whole time.
By the time I walked to Penn Station (right across the street) and ate my food, the burger was luke warm. Get some English speaking American workers please. Thank you.

The food is fantastic. The location is in 34th Street Manhattan,New York City, which is convenient. They speak Spanish and English,Now that President Trump cleaned up the area, it might be a little safer and smells less.

Over $40 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Rude staff, slow service. I had ordered a chocolate milk shake which didn't arrive until I finished my meal. No apology. This store gets many tourists due to its location but it won't be getting my business again.
