It's okay. The day we went, seats were not enough for the touristy area. They said the bathroom was out of order which was crazy since the place was so busy. In the city the only available bathroom is if you pay a restaurant or in the occasional store. The food was okay. It was warm when we got it. My fries were cold and over seasoned and the cheese wasn't melted on them. Maybe it was an off day. We love Smash Burger, today was just a miss.

We stopped in for a quick lunch before making our way to our show. Very good counter staff. We love they bring your food to you in the 2nd floor seating area. We make this stop before we race to our matinee shows from Penn Station. Always a solid stop.

Young girl cashier is definitely shady. Kiosk offers meals but when we ordered with her everything has to be separate. Also wouldn’t let me add anything onto any burger and used her calculator on her phone to tell me my total and could only pay cash at the register with her and also gave me no receipt. Looks to me like she’s pocketing money. Get your workers

This location could easily be 5 stars if there was better structure, considering it’s right next to MSG. The ordering process may need to change because there will always be a rush here on an event night. Waited about 30 mins for our food, which just didn’t sit right. The place was clean for the most part but more hands on deck would help all around. Nonetheless, the food was ok but could’ve been better. Fries were a bit overcooked and the burger was kind of salty but satisfied us since we hadn’t eaten all day and were in a rush for a game. I’d give them another try
