Nice burger restaurant and the food is very good. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right.

There is a need for optimization in the service.
When you eat in a restaurant, the food is brought to your table. In our case, the food was ready for several minutes and the service waited until it came to the table. The food then arrived cold.
When we were informed, the service staff offered to remake the burger and fries.

Slowest burger on the planet. Took over 15 min for me to walk out with my take out order. Came for lunch, felt like I walked out at dinner time. You’re better off ordering online 30 min ahead and hoping it’s ready when you get there.

The best burgers/fries/shakes in New York City period. The people here are super amazing and friendly and they will cook you up something that even Gordon Ramsay can’t. Special shout out to Uncle Moises - the best uncle ever :)
