Good market with reasonable variety of food. The food represents different countries, from France to south east Asia. Prices are fairly high for street food but it’s good and the view on the World Trade Center is really nice
mediocre in my opinion, very few options and expensive for not that much
the meat i got was good tho, 5 small sticks of lamb and beef for $13

Nada’s Empanadas — Don’t bother wasting your money on the fraudulent vegan sweet potato & chorizo option! There wasn’t even the semblance of any chorizo flavor: it was all potato…nada chorizo.

I got to try some unique global flavors at this fair: NOLA crawfish sandwich from Parish Po'Boys and a Raclette melt baguette sandwich from Raclette Street. Both costed about $20 so keep that in mind if you are used to the lower prices at Queen’s Night Market.

Po Boys Catfish Sandwich. That was the worst catfish sandwich I ever had. I paid 20 bucks and waited over 30 minutes for it! Don't mind waiting but dang paper thin small pieces of catfish. Ain't no way these dudes are from the south!

I was glad I had the chance to experience this, and I enjoyed my food but boy 20 dollars doesn’t go far here. Prices feel very inflated for food trucks.
I wish they had the “duck wings spot” lol but the food was great

I stopped by this past Friday since I worked in the area, and I absolutely loved it. I normally go to the festival in Prospect Park on Sundays, being that they have more vendors to choose from. A lot of the vendors at this location, with the exception of a few, are at other locations, so there really aren't too many other options. The prices of the food can get quiet costly depending on what and how much you are getting. Since this festival is right near the WTC, the area gets very crowded, especially during lunchtime, so I suggest going earlier. Overall, I definitely recommend those working in the area or visiting NYC as a tourist to come check out this food venue as they have different cuisines to choose from.
Great selection, from lobster to chinese to raclette - you will definitely find something
So so good! Cannot say enough good things about the paella stand - everything you want in a mariscos/seafood paella. Loved the Al dente rice and their green sauce, too. The Jamaican jerk-chicken tacos with plantains are also insane, this delectable sweet-and-savory dish. Cannot wait to come back on another beautiful Friday.
5 stars!!!!
Hey dear followers,
What a lovely little authentic food market!
However: you have to choose wisely what to eat and what to drink in this little authentic food market.
Our recommendations (take a note): Chinese pancake ?, bun, fries ?, lemonade ? (lobster ? rolls opens too late so it must be missed).
Vegetarian options: Chinese pancake.

Smorgasbord at the World Trade Center is an outdoor food court. Apart from some food vendors that are different most of the foods are similar to the ones that recently were at The Shed and Union Square Night Market. This is held every Friday throughout the summer months till the end of October. Today I went for the second time this year and ate the Indonesian beef and chicken skewers. The chicken was tender and tasty with the sweet & sour sauce but the beef was tough and I left most of it. Ariane gave me a discount for the two as she recognized me from the other two venues. Then I had a taco from Carlotta’s of New Jersey that was averag in taste. A lot of tourists come here and don’t flinch at the prices but as a resident here I have found prices much higher since the pandemic. French fries are most popular as the cones are stuffed and it’s an inexpensive way to eat and feed a visiting family. It runs from 11 am to 6 pm and today the weather was slightly chilly and being the Labor Dsy weekend it wasn’t as crowded. Seating is difficult at times as there are no tables & chairs.
