I tried ordering online. The cashier seemed incredibly confused on this even though their website URL is prominently displayed behind him. It took 5 minutes of deliberation in the back room for them to decide to honor the meal I had already bought and paid for online. The cashier was bizarrely stand-offish the whole time.
The food itself was subpar. The burger is bland, and the sauce clashes with the cheese. The burger buns are also too thick for tue burger. The portion size is plenty though and the fries were excellent.

My boyfriend and I visited twice and were disappointed at the lack of transparency in their pricing. The process is you order, pay, pick up your food when it’s ready, and clean up after yourself when done.
We thought the food was decent, and even though we weren't served, we still decided to leave a cash tip as a gesture of appreciation. What we didn’t know is that they automatically charge a 15% gratuity on top of the bill. There was no indication of this anywhere, and no one informed us of this fee. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the decency to mention the automatic gratuity when we handed them a cash tip.
To top it off, they charged a 3.30% credit card fee—even though we paid in cash.
My advice is to review the total cost before you pay and double check your receipts. We didn't realize all this until after our trip to NYC.

A modest cafe with a modest interior. But the burger was delicious , fresh , and the coffee was excellent. Large selection of hamburgers on the menu. Halal meat. There are also desserts, cakes and cheesecakes. The service is excellent, very polite. I liked everything.
