I had an amazing experience at this paella bar. The moment I walked in, the place smelled incredible—saffron, garlic, and fresh seafood drifting through the air. The Spanish food tastes authentic, the paella has the perfect socarrat, the rice is cooked beautifully, and the seafood is fresh. We also tried the croquettes and the Spanish tortilla, both full of flavor and nicely presented.
The atmosphere is cozy, great music, and the service is attentive without being pushy. The staff explained each dish and recommended wines that paired perfectly with our meal.
