Since 1955, you can have here one of the best Pizza slices in the city . Always crunchy, tasty and fresh. The waitstaff are very friendly. Highly recommended!
The pizza tastes fine, but quality and quantity do not match the price. $4.90 for basically a cheese slice with a few pepperonis thrown on it. It should only cost about $3.

Well this is an update from a few years ago… I have been coming consistently and I must say the product has been very inconsistent. Once in a while it’s still a brilliant slice a real example of the best New York offers, but more and more like today it’s a dried out poorly crafted pie…sad to say… sorry to say it’s missing that artesianal quality it once had.. no TLC … all gone dried up like the slice put down with a soda

They used to care & then they stopped carrying the Gluten Free Crust and their ingredients have become cheap and poor quality. It’s heartbreaking; I would’ve given them a 5 stars, but they stopped caring about quality.

Love, love, love. I absolutely love The food at Sofia Pizza Shoppe. So many good things to say about this place. The food is delicious and the service is great. The prices are very reasonable and the food is great. Food is amazing! Good food very enjoyable. I am always amazed and wowed by the quality of food here. The level of service is exceptional as is the food. Service staff is very courteous and friendly as well. Service - very good - friendly and attentive. The service here is great. This place is so good. I have gone many times and I am never disappointed. Had really nice time there. Sofia Pizza Shoppe is awesome.

Delicious Naples-style pizza! Thin crust, excellent sauce, and high quality toppings! The prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly. Best for takeout, as there is only a small sitting area for dining in. As of August 2024, Sofia Pizza Shoppe was tree nut free for those of us with allergies.

Hi, I’m one of the two original owners of Sofia Pizza Shoppe. Recently, Slice, a third party online ordering service, started a hostile takeover of this Google page and was eventually successful. As the original owners, we left the business a few years ago and this page became a legacy to our testament and what we built and crafted. The new business owner never changed the dba name and that’s probably our mistake for letting it stay.
However, Slice has now come in and ruined our Google presence. They changed the listed website to their online ordering link shutting out all competition and taking a fee on all the orders they generate by doing this. This is a terrible and predatory business practice by Slice. They try to steal business from restaurants by monopolizing and rerouting web traffic. Just Google Sofia Pizza Shoppe to find the correct website if you are curious about our award winning legacy. Or you can just type in Sofia Pizza Shoppe dot com. If you love the new business that is there, that’s great, order in person, pay in cash or by credit card, but please don’t support these predatory third-party middle man companies that squeeze restaurants diminishing sales even more by ordering on their platform. You end up paying more for the same product.
