I went to celebrate my wife bday and Mom. I look as reviews and saw it was some what good. Book at 830pm thinking that's a good time. I get there and ask valet where do i park instead they said go around instead of just driving back a couple of seconds. seemed like they wanted to finish there conversation. first red flag. I'm super big on customer service. second red flag our waiter looks like he didn't want to be there looking angry . what about smiling making us feel valued as customers. This is not a cheap place. But why would you care if you dont have to work the tip it's already included in the bill. All our drinks was watered down. did not drink the drinks I ordered and my wife and mom drunked sangria that taste bad but not all of it . I am disappointed I thought I was going to have a amazing time. Service and food should be as good as your first customer and last. almost $400 dollar bill if it was worth it I'm all for paying for the experience and good food. but this was not one of them. I hope they will get better customer service 🙏 and valued each and every customer.

We did request that the music be turned down - it was too loud to speak among the table - but we were nicely obliged and it was very quiet! Our server was attentive and delightful, the food was delicious, our party was all delighted

The views and food tasted great. The tres leche was not amazing and the server was not as attentive as I would have liked. Also, we went to celebrate a birthday and made that note on the reservation and they never confirmed or even mentioned the birthday

Disappointing experience all around. Came here for a friends birthday on a Saturday, we did brunch with the 2-hour unlimited mimosas/sangria. Unfortunately, the service was awful. Our server was constantly missing, and when he was around, he refused to bring refills if there was even a sip left in our glasses. Isn’t that the point of “unlimited”? We wouldn’t have to ask ahead of time if he were present and attentive. Getting the check also took forever because he disappeared again. Of course he didnt have to be attentive because he knew a 20% gratuity was automatically going to be added, which felt completely undeserved given the lack of service. Oh, and valet? $20. Total rip-off. Not coming back.

Let’s start with positive food and drinks we’re good. Negative restaurant wasn’t open at noon for there brunch venue. Dj came in around 2pm we had to keep calling over waitress for drinks. Absolutely nobody was dancing such a boring scenery for a party of 5 $500.00 absolutely horrible 20% gratuity which I’m fine paying but if your server has to keep being called over in a basic empty venue is bad. Never again

Absolutely delicious! Meats are perfectly smoked and not overwhelming. Highly recommend the picada to start and then get into the brisket. AND-reasonably priced.

First time there and I was very impressed with layout. My wife got chicken with rice and beans and the chicken was very hard and under cooked. I had the steak and was very salty. It took a long time to get our food and the restaurant wasn't very busy.

Was there with our family for a birthday celebration and Sofrito's did not disappoint! The food was amazing as usual and the service was special! Charlene paid attention to all of our needs and she was very personable and caring. The music was fantastic and the view outside was beautiful on a bright cool evening! Everyone razed about their food.
