I tried their viral matcha ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! So creamy, rich, and not too sweet just perfect. The shop has a cute vibe, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely worth the hype! 🍵
Every time I am in NYC I have to make a stop at Softside! Its so light and yet creamy and so satisfying! It is an easy walk up window with a little outdoor seating.

We stopped here for a quick ice cream on our way back to the hotel and this place really hit the spot. It is a small ice cream window on the side of “Upside”, a much larger restaurant.
I got a vanilla cone with sprinkles and I was delicious! There was also no wait. I would definitely come back. Check them out!
