Our server (Emily?) was absolutely the best service we have had so far. We felt welcomed, she gave us recommendations with the menu and quality checked each dish. Everything came out in perfect timing. The Brooklyn sour was very good. Thank you so much for making it a great experience.

I ordered their shirt stake ($27). It was literally without any taste except for the chimichuri sauce put on it by the kitchen. I ordered broccoli instead of the French fries that it comes with. The broccoli was hard, with little flavor.

The restaurant was nice, hostesses seated me even though my party was late. We participated in restaurant week dinner on a Saturday where most restaurants aren't offering restaurant week menu on Saturday. My only complaint was the fries to skirt steak ratio. Too much fries which made the steak look so tiny. Drinks were good!

We got the 3 course pasta deal on Monday. The food was excellent. We added the wine pairing for $15. It's such a good deal and we had so much fun. Our waiter Colby was great! Highly

Came in for brunch today. The place was relaxed and cozy. The food was delicious and filling. The Croque Madam (pictured) was especially delicious. We also had the Huevos Ranchero (pictured), Bacon Fried Rice the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Yummy!

Not a bad little spot for an evening dinner with drinks! It's a little loud but draws in all ages. I started at a table with an espresso martini, super good! I had the squid ink tonnarelli for an entree and while it was satisfying, the serving was a bit smaller than I prefer for pasta and there weren't really strong flavors to make the dish stand out. Service was a tad slow but still nice. If I'd come back, it would probably be for a quick drink.

Great spot for oysters and drinks on the upper east side of Manhattan. I look forward to my next visit so I can explore more of the menu.

I had pretty high expectations for Sojurn Social as I have heard such wonderful things about this place that I thought would be a great addition to the neighborhood. When I walked in I was a little taken back and didn't expect what I saw. It was a pretty dim restaurant. The bar looked nice. My friend and I were seated at a high top by the window but then after a few min asked to move as there was a cool draft coming through. The night we went it was pretty empty when we got there and so when we asked to move we thought we would be seated at a table not too close to the door but to our surprise we were seated all the way in the back right like in the kitchen pretty much. We were confused as to why we were sat all the way back here while there were plenty of other open tables. Now onto the drinks and food. I ordered a french 75 and my friend ordered a glass of wine. Who knew these two drinks could take up to about 10 min for us to get while the place was not even crowded. My French 75 was not good at all if I am being totally honest. Not sure if it was the type of champagne that the restaurant uses or what but I asked to send it back and I got a beer instead. My friend was not too thrilled about the wine she got either. Our dishes were another not so great thing. So, I have a lot of food allergies and pretty much everything I wanted they couldn't make/ couldn't accommodate me and they suggested I get the gnocchi with butternut squash, which I ended up getting. It was very subpar and I felt like I was eating a block of Parmesan Cheese. There were little bits of butternut squash sprinkled around the dish. It was not what I was expecting. It was sort of good or maybe I was just very hungry! My friend got squid ink pasta with seafood. She enjoyed her dish but there were very few shrimps and seafood in her dish and a lot of pasta! She also got a side of broccoli that we didn't realize was 12.00! Our bill somehow came out to almost 100.00 and in our eyes it just was not worth it at all. I am glad to have tried a new place in the neighborhood but not sure I would come back even for a drink.

I came here with high expectations when I saw reviews, but was sadly underwhelmed. We were seated in front by the bar, just an FYI, you might get a bit chilly by the door-- even our server mentioned ppl don't like those seats. When asked, we were moved to the back by the kitchen, and RIGHT by the kitchen even though there were several tables available in the back -- perhaps they were all reserved To make a French 75 and pour a glass of wine took a very long time for a place that had a lot of open tables, over 10 minutes, even the manager came over to our table to check on us..Our waitress gave suggestions of dishes. I had the squid ink the shrimp and calamari which is very plentiful with its pasta portion. Only got 3 shrimp and 5 pieces of calamari. The sauce was delicious. I added red pepper flakes for extra spice! I also ordered broccoli which had a nice flavor. My friend has a lot of food allergies so her choices were limited, but she knew that might be the case. She said the gnocchi was very cheesy but thought the star should have been the butternut squash...?Our bill came out to almost $100 which seemed a tad steep for what we got. Btw, $12 broccoli.

This place is okay. It’s good enough and reliable. I spent marathon Sunday brunch IG here w a friend. We sat outside, in the sun and the food was good. The server kept disappearing and she seemed to be on her phone a lot. Otherwise, I’ve sat inside and didn’t have any challenges reaching a server.

This is my go-to for a great margarita. We'll done, clean, nice staff... I'm a repeat visitor there just for that drink. The food is modern and delicious, but the marg does it for me.

We went to Sojourn Social for Thanksgiving dinner. The food was amazing, the pairing with different types of wine was a bit too much though; our headache was on the menu too. The only thing that made us unhappy was waiting for our appetizers for 55 minutes while being very hungry. They couldn't even give us bread with olive oil or something, considering the cost. ?
