Great service everyone is friendly and quick. Food is delicious, the cuban sandwiches and empanadas are worth the visit. They also have affordable combos that fill you up for the day I often skip dinner after eating lunch here. Atmosphere is ok, they have cool cuban posters and cigar boxes on the wall but the seating area is just ok kinda reminds me of cafeteria style tables and chairs. Overall this is a great lunch spot.

The cashier is very nice. There is one server in the location that acts like the yuca is coming out of her pocket. Serves very small portions and is extremely grumpy. The food can be hit or miss depending on the day.

Do not have your order delivered , because what you receive will be much less than you order. They do not give you the amount of food that cusotmer should have received. This is done on a regular basis. Very rude when confronted. This pertains to this particular site. I haven't had this issue with the Brooklyn site.

Ordered catering for a work event and the food was delicious! Everyone loved it. The delivery person was very kind as well and set everything up. They also gave labels with allergen info for each dish which was very helpful.

Ordered the mojo pork with yellow rice, black beans, and mojo rice + beef empanada. Food was on point as usual. It’s pricey but you also get a big portion. Using Sophie’s app is a plus because they give random offers like $10 off. And also gives rewards benefit after spending $100.

I got the pork chops entree with Moro, maduros and yuca for sides. It was satisfying serving size and tasted delicious. The green sauce adds that bit of spice which makes the whole meal delicious. I ordered for pickup and didn’t have to wait after I walked in and asked for my order.
