It was our first trip to SORSO, and it did not disappoint. Great little wine bar in a great neighborhood near NYU. The menu is limited, but perfect for a bottle of wine and some lite fare. Our waiter was great and recommended a fabulous white wine from his hometown region near the Dolomites! Great evening.

A wine tasting in this small space was loud and intrusive. There was a video overhead and a group of men standing at our table. Additionally my reservation the week before was canceled the day of due to a private party. Private events are fine but not at the expense of customers. Both situations were disrespectful. We won't be back.

The service was fantastic, and the happy hour glass and snack is a great deal. I was happy we were able to taste a couple of wines before committing to them, as a couple were over-oaked. Charcuterie plate was very generous portions. Will come back.
