In late 2024, I became a regular. Yes, the selection of wine is expert, you might be surprised by a fine selection from Alto Adige, which is the chef’s homeland. At Sorsó, you have certified sommeliers who are ready to answer you and help you make the right decision for whatever is your mood . The charcuterie selection, as I mentioned, is spot on. The salads are superb and, honestly, the artichokes are divine — my favorite! The ambience is intimate and feels like home.

Sorso' is such a nice, earnest NYC restaurant. The staff are so friendly and clearly care a lot about your experience. Every bite we had was super delicious and very reasonably priced, especially for this part of the city. And our server was super helpful in recommending a wine!

Service was nice. Vibe was decent. Food on the whole was underwhelming. Portions were extremely small (for the entrees). Oysters were the smallest ones we’ve seen. Artichokes tasted nice but again for the price you pay you end up with 2/3 max. Shame as the reviews looked solid.
