Hole in the wall with tables and bathroom. Quick lunch. Portions are huge. Soups are good. Staff is kind. Easy to find. Will return.

Wasn't feeling great so got some chicken soup, but I was sadly underwhelmed. It was under seasoned, a few pieces of dark meat and mostly carrots and potatoes. No other veggies in the soup as listed on the menu. Overall pretty bland. The only good part of the meal was the pita that was included! The cold appetizers are good but $$$, especially for lunch!

Gyro sandwich(tombik döner) is the best I have ever had in U.S.

Every food truck or Middle Eastern restaurant has Falafel in their menu. However, finding the juicy yet, crunchy Falafel is not easy to find. It was late rainy night and we were looking for some vegetarian sandwich. This is a truly little gem in the southern part of Manhattan. The Felafel was tasty, fresh, and wonderful. I will go back again next time I am in New York.

Decent service, okay food. Went for lunch with a friend. Had the chicken gyro platter and shared some falafel with hummus. The falafel was good and there was plenty of food. Ok to try but wouldn't seem this place out unless you're in the area. Wouldn't come back just for the chicken platter.

I came here during my lunch in the mood for soup. This is a small place with seating in the back of the restaurant. The workers were friendly and the soup was piping hot. I got the chicken soup and it came with pita bread. The soup had a nice flavor and I didn't miss having noodles in it. The chicken pieces were tender and the potatoes and carrots helped make it filling.

This place is the real deal. I want to try everything on the menu. I had a shish combo plate today on my first visit and am super impressed. Nothing sits in a warming tray, they cook it all to order. Just fantastic.

Ive been to hundreds of Mediterranean restaurants and the food here was delicious and authentic!

My experience at Soup & Gyro Turkish Mediterranean was mixed. The fries left something to be desired, lacking the desired crispiness. The gyro, while okay, could definitely benefit from more flavor. The place has potential, but improvements are needed for a more satisfying dining experience.

The badly Turkish food I've ever eaten in NYC. It's expensive, and for the money, they charge $100, They serve it Turkish food on paper plates!. Instead of the taste of meat and chicken, a strange taste comes from burnt fat. I thought I would add hot sauce to change the taste, but it was the cheapest and most vinegarized hot sauce on the market. This is the first time I regretted the money paid for a restaurant. Only the soup and pita were okay!

They do a large carry-out service, but they do have a small seating area in the back of the shop. The staff is friendly and always have a smile for the customers. Service is good and pays attention to details.
