Great service and good food. Initially I was told I could only order food to go because someone was having a private party and they were prepping but then the man behind the counter walked me through the menu. He then suggested I have a seat and could eat in if I wanted. I chose to dine in and the food was fabulous. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They did not have the cheddar jalapeño biscuit I asked for but they added extra cheese to my sandwich to compensate. The biscuit was crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be coming back to try the chicken biscuit and all the different compound butters.

Oh my... this food was incredible. I love southern food but MAN this was tasty and reasonably priced! Very small quaint shop, biscuits were incredible and the biscuit casseroles were very delicious. Highly highly recommend!

I saw a news segment about this place when it first opened over the summer and I was excited to try. We arrived about an hour after they opened. There were about 10 to 15 big bowls of flavored butters and jams on the counter behind plexiglass. I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich with honey butter.As I mentioned, the place had only been open for about an hour.Why did I hear the sound of a microwave? The chicken was reheated in the microwave and I could tell it was not fresh. That is a big no-no for me. That made me wonder how old were all these butters and jams??Having said this, I am from the South and I know my biscuits. I did not like the texture of these biscuits, and it just fell apart when I tried to bite through the sandwich. Big disappointment! This place is overrated, IMO.

Serves biscuits with various toppings. I had the chicken honey butter biscuit sandwich. It was delicious! You order at the counter and they serve it; it was quick. There aren't many tables, but it's such a quaint restaurant (loved the photos and paintings of the dogs). Definitely enjoyed it.

Recently moving to the city from the south, I came across Southern Charm on a stroll with a friend on a rainy day in the west village. The biscuits were beautifully fluffy and huge and reminded me of Sundays at my grandmothers. My friend also had the GF biscuit which she said was the best she's had and worth the trek from UES to WV. we will be back for sure!
