Visiting the city and thought of trying Indian. I must say I am impressed. The food was authentic, tasted absolutely delicious and Suresh (the host) was very hospitable. His servive was impeccable. They have amazing music and the ambience feels very lively. Would definitely visit again.

I had their goat curry and naan. I just wish the goat curry had a little bit more seasoning. I also tried their Tandoori Tofu, will give that a 1/10 - lacked flavor. Mango lassi was my fav, 8/10. I probably would not come here again, but service was good.

I visited this restaurant today and absolutely loved the experience. The ambiance, seating area, and overall vibe were wonderful, and the staff was incredibly welcoming.

A special mention to Pratik at the front—he was extremely kind and guided us so well, which made our visit even more pleasant.

We ordered the Malai Kofta, which was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The butter naan was perfectly soft and paired beautifully with the dish. To end the meal, we were served rice pudding (kheer), and oh my goodness—it was amazing!

I’m quite selective when it comes to food, and this place truly impressed me. I will definitely be visiting again 🦋

Paneer tikka seasoning tasted so strongly of yellow mustard, I couldn’t finish it. Tadka dal and naan were just ok. All lacked depth of flavor and dimension.

This is a take-out review (pick up from store). Definitely noted the take-out packaging was lined with aluminum to maximize warmth in travel!
Samosa (5/5): The pieces were jumbo, almost the size of my whole palm! The inside was super flavorful with the potato filling being elevated with the included sauces.
Butter Chicken (5/5): It was unlike other Indian butter chicken flavors so perhaps more authentic to its region. Regardless, it was phenomenal with tender shredded cuts of chicken immersed in a blend of unknown bits.
Lamb Rogan Josh (5/5): So much flavor with chunks of very tender lamb. The sauce had bursts of flavor.
Naan – very standard naan but still delicious compliment to the meal.
Lots of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu as well.
Would definitely recommend and loved all the flavors. Will definitely order from here again!

The salmon tikka is out of this world good. Was blown away. Will be back to try other dishes. Food takes a while but they sure do make up for it in quality.

We really enjoyed this restaurant! As fans of traditional Indian cuisine, we decided to give this place a try, and it was wonderful. The food was delicious, and you can choose your preferred level of spiciness, which makes it great for everyone. The menu is diverse, with plenty of appealing options. The staff were very polite and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Lots of vegetarian options. My favorite is the Panir Masala. Also the chicken wings are unique and good with indian spices on them.

I visited this restaurant in Times Square with a group of six, and the food may be good, but the customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced in New York.

We arrived at 9:30 PM and asked for a table for six. The restaurant was full and the person managing the customers told us there would be a 45-Minutes wait. Then he suggested that we sit at the bar counter because “it will be quicker.” Before agreeing, I specifically asked him whether he could move us to a table for six if one became available while we were eating. He said yes.

Based on that, we went ahead. But the girls in our group were uncomfortable eating at the bar, so they asked for a table for three. And he arranged a table for them as 3 seat table was available within a few minutes.

A little later, a table for six was vacated right in front of us. By then only one of the dish i had ordered had arrived and rest were yet to order fully, even his staff were pointing it out and infact asked on our behalf whether we can be moved and he said no to them. So, I called him and politely asked if we could shift there, since he had earlier agreed.

That’s when his behavior turned completely rude and confrontational.

He refused and spoke in a very aggressive tone. His excuse was unbelievable, he said:

“Since you didn’t wait, if a new group of six comes in now, I won’t have a table for them.”

So basically, he was more worried about potential new customers walking in than the ones already seated and paying. He was perfectly fine ruining the experience of customers already inside just to keep tables open for people who might come later.

When I questioned this, he came close to picking an argument instead of handling it professionally. This is not how a service industry works, especially if you are servicing in a global tourist hub like Times Square.

We had already spent time settling in, and my friends were tired and hungry after exploring the city all day, so we stayed back. The food tasted good, but the attitude and disrespect from the person managing the floor ruined the entire evening.

We spent $266 for this dinner and honestly, we would have spent more by ordering more appetizers, desserts, and made it a longer dinner if the experience had been pleasant. But the way we were spoken to made us just wanted to finish and leave because we’re not beggars, we choose to spend our money where there is respect, kindness, and professionalism.

I would never return here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Good food loses all value when the people running the restaurant behave like they’re doing customers a favor. New York has plenty of restaurants that serve great food and treat people with basic respect, this place clearly doesn’t.
