We came to try out this place thanks to a recommendation. Bratik, our server, was above and beyond. His recommendations were top notch and he even treated us to some unexpected menu surprises. We had the tandoori salmon (amazing with some tikka sauce on it), butter chicken and keema naan. We sampled the Bhel Puri, a delicious, crunchy app with tamarind chutney. Must try if in NY!

Craving for Indian taste while in New york? Here is the place- Spice Mantra. With right amount of spice in each dish, made it super delish. Everything tasted so good and fresh. Everyone was so welcoming and provided very good service. Their veggie hakka has taste nowhere to be found. Highly recommended.

The best Indian food I’ve genuinely ever had! I’ve been told the fusion stuff is good as well, but I’ll just focus on the Indian here. I was actually on my way to a Thai restaurant when I saw this and figured to stop in. The lunch special was incredible value - I got fish curry, some other sort of dish, rice, pastry, some sort of vegetable thing, and a dessert with yogurt for $20 and also there was the very good Indian bread. Service was great, highly recommend and I’m looking forward to coming back to see what else they have!

A perfect example of an Indian restaurant and some of the best Indian food I’ve had so far. Everything came together so well: the ambience, the delicious food, and the fantastic service. Their pani puri was outstanding, along with their spicy chicken tikka masala and lamb vindaloo. The servers were very kind and even gave us free kheer/rice pudding. I would 100% come back!

Great food! Large portions, fair prices. Highly recommend. Ordered chicken, vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, samosas and naan bread. Main dishes come WITH plenty of rice. We have more than enough food for two leftover meals and will definitely be back for more after that.💕💕
