One of my favorite bars of all time.

Love this place! Fantastic service and drinks. Are y’all gonna bring back the ice cream bars this summer? I miss them!

Went with a group of friends and were pleasantly surprised by the vibe when we arrived. We had planned to stay all night, but unfortunately, the service got progressively worse. The waitress was extremely disrespectful on multiple occasions, even yelling at us without cause. We ultimately decided to leave and leave zero tip.

Message to the owners: You have a great bar, but the staff (particularly the waitress) completely ruined the experience. We hope you take this seriously and address it, the atmosphere deserves much better service.

Not planning on going back.

Horrible experience here. The waiter was very rude and the drinks took almost 30 minutes. Don’t bother coming here

Wonderful place, our bartender was very kind and explained some more information on the menu for us. We did not feel like we were judged for asking questions. For 2 drinks it ranged about $45

Expertly crafted cocktails. Chill vibes. A bit upscale but also casual at the same time. Staff is friendly!

Perfect place to find seats at the bar for a pre-dinner drink on a Thursday evening.

Stopped in for a quick cocktails before a play, and they cocktails were so good we went back after the play. Cool relaxed vibe, friendly service and good music. If you want to chill somewhere with excellent cocktails (thanks to competent bartenders), this place is a must visit.

U guys sucks the was mad rude

Great service from the bartender, who was really knowledgeable on the menu and cocktails in general. Tried a few drinks and they were all delicious!

Refused service for foreign id. Extremely conceited and rude staff

Edit after reply: My ID was in perfect condition. What I clearly stated is that YOUR waitress almost broke it by bending it too hard. Its a valid swiss ID… just not american. A bar in one of the most touristic cities in the world should be well equipped for this. The rude behavior of the staff was unnecessary.

TOURISTS with european Ids: DO NOT come here.
After being seated by a waitress, the bartender came to tell us we will not be served here simply because they “can refuse service to anyone”.

I had a swiss ID which was bent almost in half by her (checking for fake Id i assume) and my boyfriend had a german ID.
Again…. If you do not have an AMERICAN form of identification do not go to this bar. They were rude.

UPDATE: i just read all other negative reviews. Seems like rude attitude from the waiters is common and to be expected& most answers to the negative reviews by the official bar website are attacks against the customers :)…
