Not sure if they updated their hours or not but online it shows they close at 9 and lately they’ve been closed at around 830. If that is the case that should be communicated better .. took a picture today at 832 and they were closed

These cupcakes taste more like muffins than anything else. The icing is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Idk what else to expect from a midtown cupcake shop 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love sprinkles cupcakes. I never even thought about having a cupcake as a treat until I had sprinkles cupcakes. They’re my absolute favorite and always fresh from the store. The staff is always very kind and friendly and they seem to really care about what they do. I went in two weeks ago to pick up cupcakes, and Angel and Jaddes were at the store. Angel was doing some decorating and he was so into what he was doing and it was fun to watch. Jaddes waited on me. He was very lovely. I mentioned to him that when I ordered cupcakes a few weeks back I had checked the box for getting my free treat and it didn’t come in with a delivery. He looked at my account and was kind enough to allow me to choose a treat. I asked him what he suggested, and he very sweetly said the dark chocolate is the best. Their energy and care was very lovely. That with the wonderful cupcakes and I was a very happy customer!

The cupcake vending machine is no longer available. The staff seems to be over telling excited visitors the unpleasant news. We opted for a 3pk of pre-packed minis. They were good, but maybe not worth going out of our way. Would have still salvaged a 5-star review if the staff was a but more pleasant and personable.

Good cupcakes in a cute store. It was really difficult handling the cupcake (getting it out of the box and sharing it) without completely disintegrating the cupcake. But overall it was good and quick

My cupcake disintegrated in my hand as I lifted it out of the takeout box, the frosting was a few degrees below melting. I returned to this location when I was next in the neighborhood. I showed the manager the CC transaction, which included a tip, and I told her I felt the cupcake wasn’t fresh. She didn’t like that and told me that “The company policy is unless you took a picture we don’t replace cupcakes.” I was shocked, no consideration towards my dissatisfaction and she handed me a manager’s card that was above her. I emailed said manager, NO RESPONSE. I will not be patronizing Sprinkles ever again.

The delivery driver just dropped off a $250 dollar order in front of the restaurant without hanging it to anyone because they weren't open. Didn't try calling or anything do not ever order from here!!

Twice now this location has taken my order and money just to cancel less then 24 hrs before delivery. The second attempt they sent me an Uber update to find out from the delivery person the store is closed and I won’t be getting more order!
What is actually going on?
Now you’ve charged me twice and never given me any product! No one answers the phones or emails.
Outrageously inconsiderate

I ordered cupcakes IN ADVANCE from this location and they email me (NOT CALL) two days before I need them to cancel my order and offer no explanation. I really like Sprinkles (even though the cupcakes are over-priced considering the fact that they barely even last overnight before spoiling and must be eaten day of). But this sort of treatment is unacceptable and clearly why their stores are closing. This is not how you conduct a successful business. You shouldn't treat your loyal customers this way!?

Ordered a box of 12 cupcakes for a birthday party. Quality, and taste were truly amazing, and that comes from someone who doesn’t really like cupcakes. Their service is exceptional.

Untrustworthy delivery system. Untrustworthy staff. After they canceled the delivery (hours after the intended delivery time), they stopped answering calls from me and instead forwarded me cancelation details that were already sent to me. It felt like salt on wounds.
