Just got served a Greek salad fetid/rancid stuffed grape leaves. When I called the waiter over he told him it wasn’t possible (as if I don’t know the difference between fresh and rotten food). He then took my own fork and knife and began to cut into another grape leaf to demonstrate its evident freshness. When I asked what he was doing with my food he looked at me as if I were crazy. I remember when this place opened. I’ve never been in but recently heard good things from a neighbor. I should have trusted my (now convulsing) gut.

I had a chicken salad sandwich with onion rings and mozzarella sticks for lunch. The food was great! I chicken salad was made right and was very filling! The onion rings and mozzarella sticks are both highly recommend. Excellent service with a nice atmosphere! 85

This is such a hidden gem in New York would 1000% recommend. The service, food and entire diner was amazing! Instantly getting served with water and drinks order and food came almost instantly after ordering. A great selection and a REAL American diner.
