My friend and I decided to go for a drink at this rooftop bar, where upon entering we asked about the smoking room and were told off. After that, we waited more than 15 minutes for them to come take our order (it was not crowded) and in the end we decided to leave. When we were leaving, the waiter asked us if we were leaving already, and I told him that we had been waiting for more than 15 minutes, to which he said "oh I am sorry bye." Very unprofessional and impolite.

I had the pleasure of visiting St. Cloud Rooftop and I can say without a doubt that it is one of the best rooftops in New York. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Samuel who made us feel welcome and provided exceptional care throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference and set the tone for a memorable experience.
The atmosphere in St. Cloud is luxurious, elegant and yet cheerful, with stunning views of the city. Furthermore, it is fascinating to be in such an iconic place, where the famous Dry Martini is said to have been created, and where great historical figures have been.
I would also like to highlight our server, Vera, who was extremely attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed a snack of excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by some exquisite cocktails, which made the culinary experience top-notch.

Great view from patio; drinks are average and pricey. They charged my credit card although we paid cash ( power outage, so credit card was required, but we did not sign the authorization to withdraw). I've tried since July to get the refund, nothing so far. Make sure to get a receipt !
