The positive first. Three stars go for the view. Cocktails are amazing although overpriced. The outdoor terrace itself is not spacious as on the pictures. Don't expect great food. And that's overpriced too. I also did not like the way they put a stanchion post to the entry. I agree with control to access but a stanchion post is not required. It gives a feeling of control and is unwelcoming. Could find other means. Having a staff at check in for example.
Let me start by saying Rick was amazing! He was our bartender, he knows his drinks and does them perfectly. The vibe is upscale and beautiful. We were worried about a dress code because we popped in after a day of walking all of New York and had no problem. I’d highly recommend this as a treat if you’re in the area!
