These burgers make me relive the great taste that I used to enjoy in my childhood years. The atmosphere is also very cozy, and the owner is personable and extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu.

Delicious food. Burgers, hot dogs and chili are unique and taste very homemade, flavorful and full of passion.

I had the burger and it was delicious. It was juicy and flavorful and clearly made on site. This is NOT one of those pre-packed burger patty joints that seem to be everywhere else. This is clearly a labor of love. When I walked into St. Mark's Burgers and Dogs, I was immediately taken by the old school New York ambiance. You can tell that this is the vibe the owner is going for because it has that vibe but it is also spotless so I felt comfortable in two ways. It is quite possibly the best burger in New York, and under $10. Highly recommend.

Best Smashburger in NYC—highly recommend! We stopped in for lunch, and the owner was working the grill. He shared how he makes his own blend of meat in-house. He makes all the sauces from scratch. His hotdogs can’t be bought in a store, and they’re deep fried! After hearing this, we added a chili cheese dog to our order, and yes, the chili is his proprietary recipe too. The fries were fantastic! Everything was stunning and delicious. Can’t wait to go back soon. I’d like to try some of the specialty items like the southwest burger! I sampled the green salsa-style sauce, and it was superb. You’ll highly enjoy St. Mark’s Burgers & Dogs.

The food gets better and better, don't know how that's possible. I like to keep it simple so I get the single burger. But it's nothing but simple. The sauce is good ASF.

Checked out this spot on a rainy Friday afternoon. The burger was everything I needed in that moment. The patties are well seasoned, juicy, with a mustard-forward burger sauce and caramelized onions. I only got the burger this time but will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
