Cashiers was extremely rude. They purposely took long to cash my drink even after i told them i wanted to use the washroom. When i got the code, the toilet was filthy and disgusting. Urine all over the seat, faeces on and in the bowl and wet tissue paper on the toilet and on the floor.

Walked in heee after placing an order on the mobile app, asked the clown at the counter for the passcode for the restroom, and he started a clown show making weird actions, and then said u less you buy something you can’t use it, asked him to check for the mobile order, again more actions and then gave the passcode, to my surprise the toilet was filthy.

We got our drinks, everything was ok. When we asked for the restroom, the cashier was very rude, for real she kinda yelled at us for asking twice.
The bigger white lady at the front w/ Tomatoes tattooed on her arm, Was very rude to multiple customers. Plus our Coffee Venta (large) Wasn’t even filled up 3/4 of the way. Asked her if we could get it filled like it’s supposed to be.
She said No she could only add milk, very bad/poor attitude towards us and multiple other customers in the store.
