While in NYC, I was thirsty and decided to grab a drink from here. I had the caramel Frappuccino with almond milk. It tasted good. Service was sufficient. The trash can was overflowing.

Omg what a horrible store! If they get your order wrong they bully you in front of other customers & tell the clients in the store “thank you for being good customers” not like this person here (myself).” Being bullied. This has happened several times. I put my order in to time it for getting to work with plenty of time 10-15mins before. Today I had a part of my order missing she told the attendant to put it in. The attendant never put it in until 10 minutes later. The hapless manager who couldn’t make her intentions clear or the attendant… god knows. I had to leave with a cold sandwich in the wrapper which I still have in bag 7:43. They’re freaked out about money & sales & this what they provide. They’re a full cafe & they don’t even have restrooms for us. There has to be a better way

Just recently started working in the area, and this is my first visit in this Starbucks, but omg the staff is so nice and friendly, and They all seemed genuinely happy to be there. And some of them have good relationships with the customers where they get excited when they see them.
