I’ve went to many starbucks locations but this place honestly truly disappoint me a lot. Employee talking to each other while I’m waiting for my drink for 10 min when I’m the only person waiting, recommanding the worst drink ever and this is not the first time I order here, this is the 5th time and all the time it’s like this. Don’t recommend a drink that’s not even nice and have me waste 7 bucks for that, recommend something that’s more welcome.

My English is enough to get by and she refused to speak me slowly. No smiling of course.

I went in on Sunday evening Aug 3rd, and I wanted to say thank you to this young lady Gaby who gave everyone exceptional service. It was only her and another young man, she was very attentive and respectful and made everyone’s drink quickly and perfectly. She was very friendly and made the experience feel personable. I will definitely be back at this location!

The worst Starbucks ever . Live around ambit every time have bad service and rude face , today same bad like everytime , the cashier not nice and no patient at all , feel like she don’t like me . And taste not good at all , I was extra one shot, but taste like no coffee , only cream and milk taste. Never come back again . I work at soho , so went to soho got my Starbucks everyday .

So I do love Starbucks but some of the female baristas at this place have the worst attitudes and will make snippy comments at you first thing in the morning. I haven't been to any other Starbucks where they do this and I've been going to get coffee here for more than 15 years. It surprises and upsets me because it's not the way I want to start my day.

8am crew on a Sunday might of needed the coffee more than I did. Lack of attentiveness and NO ENERGY. Don’t hire people that are not morning people. The two women there were the only two there and the lady working by the mobile order section was yapping away to a gentleman (friend? customer? no idea) but girl, I was waiting for 15 minutes for one drink with the lobby empty!
