I wouldn’t normally leave a review for Starbucks, as they are so consistent from location to location. But the staff here is worthy of 5 star praise. Despite this being a busy location, the staff is always warm and welcoming and friendly, and they do a great job putting together quality drinks and food while being kind with everyone navigating the space. We go out of our way to make this our go to Starbucks

Ample seating as most customers pop in and out. 7 bar stools. 1 large table. And 2 softer chairs. Service was very fast and efficient! Someone greeted each person who walked in - which I thought was a nice little added touch.

It was my first time to visit Manhattan and the thing I experienced there is just horrible. It was 13:00 PM, 02, August and I just ordered tall size- iced americano.
I don't remember the manager but he just pressed the tip button on the little kiosk as much as possible ON HIS OWN. I knew it after I saw the tap saying it's almost 10$ for A CUP OF ICED AMERICANO. All I did was just laughing and canceled it at that time, so I luckily didn't pay for that shxt. I think it's not his first time cause it just happened all of the sudden. I didn't claim about it cause it was my first time to visit Manhattan and I didn't wanna ruin my trip. I regret that I still left the tips on him like a jerk. Also it keeps reminding me of the feeling of getting discriminated. Hope it wasn't the discrimination or smth, but only a minor deviation of the staff.

It's 5:52am doors should be open at 5:30 instead there are 2 employees that are just setting up and door is closed. Now at 6:01am, one employee puts a note up that they are closed. Mgmt at this location should follow-up as to what is going on here.

There was a strange smell in the place. When it came time to take the order I didn't understand what I was asking for... finally he took my order and I had to claim my croissant because no one was even preparing it. ??

I always buy it here, but today the drinks were horrible, the coffee for some reason was bad, the mango lemonade had a strange taste and the barista gave me an attitude when I informed me that I placed the wrong order and put it on the ice, but it was with ice

How are you suppose to be open but your closed, I placed an order for pick up and your not open but had a little note on the door like is anyone is suppose to see that & for that turn off you pick up service now Im late to work and aggravated and now have to process a refund then I walk back and there’s people just inside standing there talking not doing anything
Starbucks on the downside. First off no matter which Starbucks you go to the coffee tastes burnt.

The staff almost forced an excessive tip. They forced me to quickly use my card while the tip was set at 20% (without me even having time to press custom). I didn't want to pay the tip, so I ended up paying in cash, but this time too, the server charged me a higher amount than the amount of the drink I purchased. It's so unpleasant that I never want to visit a Starbucks in the US again.
