Yes...a Starbucks review. The same coffee and sandwiches and pastries as any other Starbucks. Good quality and consistency. But this review is written to single out the best crew ever. This branch is my regular Starbucks and I'm there a couple of times each week. From my first visit I was impressed by the friendliness and energy of the team. Over the past years that impression has grown to immense admiration. Every single barista is a total pro who looks forward to helping each customer. So Nicole, Kali, Josh, Kevin, Jenna, Lance, Mark and everyone else: many thanks and keep up the great work. Xo!

The cashier Mark is extremely rude and unpleasant. From the time we walked in he was very dismissive and did not want to help us. My drink was made with almond milk instead of oat milk and when I returned to tell him that I did not like the drink and the wrong milk was used he said “ you already paid for it you have to drink it. Go talk to her” and pointed at the barista. He continuously made remarks under his breath as we walked away and kept staring at us with a disgusted look. I really think Mark needs to re-evaluate his attitude if he will be working in customer service, or maybe find another job if he doesn’t like interacting with people from a different demographic. this starbucks is very convenient for me, but you can definitely tell that it’s very new. the baristas are still getting the hang of things. there’s very limited seating here and no bathroom. closest restroom is at fairway or chipotle. there’s great lighting here

I stopped coming to this Starbucks months ago because I had a very bad experience with their night crew manager but I came in earlier this morning and the handsome young man alongside the 2 young ladies behind the bar were extremely polite and kind. Despite having to deal with rude customers he kept his composure and responded with kindness. They were very funny and I enjoyed my experience this time around along with their new renovation. Kudos to them and promotion/raise is well deserved for them.

You go in in there and get ignored by the 3 Asian guys that work there. Then there’s a guy that’s 7ft tall that’s just as rude. Literally a line of people and not one of them even asks or looks over to take our order. Once they finally head to the register it’s almost like you’re bothering them.

So this store was always known for having ample seating and outlets plus a clean public restroom. Starbucks marketed themselves as a coffee shop where people could sit and work. Not anymore! Baristas are still lovely, but seating is reduced now to 7, all outlets but 2 are removed and aren’t near seating, and bathroom is gone. The tables are now bistro height making those with mobility issues difficult to use. Huge disappointment on the part of the design team!

Clean and friendly Starbucks. I was there around 3:30pm there's a place to sit! The napkins were only one side. There was stairs one side so if you have a carriage or heavy bag, use other entrance. I think this Starbucks always have new tablets :)
