I usually love the Mocha Cookie Crumble and drink it almost every day, but this location was really disappointing. The drink was about 70% whipped cream, and the barista didn’t even give me a straw. After the whipped cream, there was nothing but a bland taste. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to make it properly. This was the worst one I’ve ever had — so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t bother complaining, I just threw it away.

The older Asian woman was so lovely taking my order I just had to leave a review! She was working the cashier on Sunday 9/7/25 around 4:30PM. She’s the best!

Of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to all over the world… this location is the saddest and most disappointing from today’s experience May 29th 2025 around 12:07 pm (CHK 719043 Drawer 1 Reg 2) to be exact… I placed my order exactly as I did yesterday with another Cashier who was pleasant and the order came out perfect…but today’s service with the 2 female Barista’s was not only unpleasant and disappointing but their attitudes and no care factor was unacceptable. Not only did I repeat my order to the cashier who missed important details but she also had the nerve to say she didn’t hear me and began to argue with me as if she argued with all customers on a normal basis… it just came natural to her. And the female Barista that was making the orders had an attitude with me when I told her I ordered a Grande when she made a Tall and even though I wasn’t blaming her or anything I just repeated that it was supposed to be a grande so she got upset with me and began to remake my drink in such a bad mood it made me feel guilty so when I asked for a sleeve she ignored me so I went to the cashier to ask for a sleeve and she ignored me too so I grabbed one of the sleeves that was easily accessible behind the counter and that’s when the two females and I had a confrontation about who’s fault it was that made the mistake of making the wrong drink which was very unprofessional and embarrassing. To be treated like that in an establishment I support and have become a Gold Member makes me never want to come back.
I went to this location on Friday afternoon. It wasn’t busy and still took me a while to get my cold latte. Staff is not friendly at all and especially Mike seemed a bit rude.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations in the city. They are extremely efficient and have excellent customer service.

The two terrible employees. They enjoyed making jokes and shouting at tourists, making vulgar jokes.
It’s 29 degrees outside, I ordered steamed milk drink but they gave a cold one when I never said I want it cold/ice.
