The lady at this location the day i visited couldn’t been more rude. She even got mad about us asking for the sugar since , in her own words “the coffee has caramel and is already sweet “ Like the rest if new york no restrooms, not even for customers that paid. No sitting available and it was dirty and sticky. Coffee tasted good The same old Starbucks flavor but just buy and get out because this people do not like working there or taking care of customers. If you can just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in the near by street or find a different locationParking: No parking. Is new york

I start most of my day with a cup of coffee from Starbucks. I stopped in this store this morning to grab 2 cups of dark roast coffee. I repeated my order two times. I even confirmed my order when the woman who made my coffee gave it to me, and they still got it wrong. I was clear on the amount of sugar I wanted, I was clear on the type of sugar I wanted. My receipt is evidence that although the person at the register heard me, she put the wrong item on the receipt.

Today, the young lady taking the order made an honest mistake with my order. It was resolved by her coworker. However, the chai latte was too sweet and did not taste good. I do like Starbucks but unfortunately not all have well trained employees!

Makeshift homeless shelter!Uncomfortable environment.Recent guests:1. Man with huge black bag of household items, his blanket, and ipad frequents this location. He frequently spits in and around the garbage and can be seen rolling joints.2. Man washes his armpits and keeps cleaning his nose near the napkins, and lifts up his shirt.Etc.i have no idea if they make purchases.But this is unsanitary and re: the joint i assume not legal.Staff is nice and i dont know what their instructions are from management.

This store is close to my office but I don't regularly visit. Given the 50% off promo on Wednesdays, I decided to order from this store.Last Wednesday, a guy helped me with the order. He lacks not only necessary training but also humble attitudes. I ordered Matcha Latte but he added espresso shots in it. Then he was notified by manager that there is no coffee in Matcha Latte. As I waited for my drink to be redone, I saw him and other baristas correcting his mistakes on multiple orders. I also tried to use my own cup but he didn't understand what I was talking about and asked me if I was to buy it from the store. I don't understand why someone with literally NO knowledge of products and services works here.This Wednesday, it was the same guy. I wanted to give him a second chance. As I waited in line, he, again, had difficulty understanding what customers were ordering. I decided to visit another store in the last minute and got perfect experience - ordered my drink, used my own cup and got a cup for my dog.
