This has been my usual Starbs haunt for a while now, and I love it! The peeps behind the counter are lovely, and the coffee is always delish. Shout out to Lauren who rocks! She always remembers my name and usual order (hot mocha, it's the way to go) and is such a joy to chat with.

Typically this is the best Starbucks for customer service , however today I was denied a cup of water!! Starbucks customer service… this is why your same store sales have been abysmal. Fix your customer service and put people who care and have an idea of what customer service looks like.
