I order ahead for a latte and always ask for no foam. But this staff member keeps talking about me behind my back. The other day she was literally telling her coworker that I am “stupid.” And this wasn’t even the first time. Another day she was making fun of my name, like it was some kind of joke. Great customer service, right.
Her name starts with T, pretty sure it is Teisha. She probably assumes I will never speak up for myself because she thinks I don’t speak English well. The way she talks about me, especially mocking my name and calling me stupid, feels racist and disrespectful. It is unbelievable that a customer is treated like this, and I am honestly tired of being talked down to like I don’t exist.

The cashier who served me was very friendly, but unfortunately, the girls who made the drinks made me never want to go back to this place again. First, the girl who was making my drink (I had already been waiting for 10 minutes) left it lying there and went inside. I had to call someone to finish my drink, and I was late for work because of it. I was there from 11:35 and they gave me my drink at 11:51. The drink was very plain, with no sugar at all; it was awful. I always order the same thing, and today it was different. They should replace the staff with people who actually want to work.

Messed up my order. anything you can do to rectify this?
Tried ordering a water with my coffee and a barista by the name of Jasmine rudely stared me down, scoffed, & told me that they don’t give out complimentary waters. I walked right out.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Frederick Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Having a Starbucks nearby made mornings super convenient. Highly recommend!

I stopped by last night with my son. The atmosphere and the employees were warm, kind, and they took care of us quickly. My child and I stood for 20 minutes once we received our drinks and spent some quality time together at this location. Overall, we had great experience, quick service, kind workers, and the entire coffee shop was so well organized.

The cashier with a mask didn’t hand me my food she or he tossed it on the counter. Tossed it like she/he was mad.
Wasn’t happy with today service .
I would give them zero if I could! How trash some employees could be! I am a Starbucks member more than seven years! My daughter went to get a water and they asked her order first then we give you water!
How trash you woman are!!!!

Hate to say it, but pretty low in the SBUX power rankings. Even if you order ahead, you still have to wait in line for pickup. Dare you ask for a straw you may get side eye!!
I’ve always been a loyal Starbucks customer, but my experience at the Chambers and West Broadway location left me feeling upset and disrespected. I tried to order tap water through the app, but the option wasn’t available. I then approached an employee named Diana to request a simple glass of water, but she refused to provide it and told me to place my order at the counter instead.
When I went to the counter to order water, I also wanted to redeem my points for a Starbucks metal cup. To my disappointment, I was told that I couldn’t use my points, adding to an already frustrating experience.
The refusal to provide something as basic as a glass of water and the dismissive attitude from the staff made me feel like my loyalty as a customer didn’t matter. It’s shocking to receive such poor treatment from a brand that prides itself on quality and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff.
Really annoying that they’re not open when they say they will be.
I just ordered a blonde vanilla latte and I’m feeling like today is not my day. It was horrible it was missing vanilla and sweetener.
The guy took order for my birthday drink and was very accommodating, polite and understanding. Rare in NYC. he's a gem. 💚 Drink was made quickly too.
