I went in to get a hot coffee and a bagel. The fact that i waited over an hour for my coffee is ridiculous and it felt like they forgot to make it. And on top of that, the lady didn't make thr coffe how i wanted which was rush by the way. They gotta do better.

I'm usually treated well at this location but last Tuesday the girl cashier had a terrible attitude when I was trying to scan the app and my iced tea was very watery.

Ordered a drink and a chocolate cake pop at this location. Got my drink but was still waiting for my cake pop. I asked the barista if my cake pop order was ready. He seemed annoyed and proceeded to reach into the food display and handed me the one from inside. Thought that was off because usually they'll reach below for a fresh one. Didn't want to think too much of it so I left. On a different day, I went to the Fulton st. location and ordered the same cake pop and the cashier said they sold out. I asked can I have the one in the display and he said I can't give you that one because I don't know how long it's been in there and it may not be fresh. I appreciated this cashier at the Fulton St location for being honest and not handing me an old cake pop. Now I'm annoyed because who knows how long that cake pop has been sitting in the display. The cashier could have checked before placing the order and the barista who handed me it could have told me that we had none left and offered a different item or simply refunded me. This location is a mess.

i came in today and they let this homeless man inside he was rolling something up (possibly weed cause that’s what it smelt like) on the table. AND THERE WAS CHILDREN AROUND. Then he went to a corner and started to laugh i see this and im trying to hurry up and get my stuff but i was too late and he came to where i was and started getting in my face and laughing and saying something but i couldn’t understand. and no one was helping me. they just looked at this guy harassing me while i was scared. normally this place is good service is great up in tired of them allowing homeless people inside.

Disgusted , the store manager drew mattiace is racist against black people , I ordered the same order 10/4 the largest size matcha and a cake pop and tipped 2 $ my total was 13.64 , today 10/5 I encountered the store manager who skipped me in line made everyone else that was white drinks , then gave me the wrong size drink . He then went ahead to tell me he has to charge me more for a bigger size cup and told me to stop talking cause he is the store manager and he can report me to be banned from the store ,To abuse your power and treat consumers that are black like garbage is definitely insane . Whoever owns this chain needs to reevaluate their employees that they are putting in chargeThe staff was very kind to me especially the cashier that’s why I always tip . But the store manager on 10/5/2023 at 11AM is disrespectful and I will not be supporting this establishment.Not to mention him trying to make me look at more for an order I just made the day before , I know the pricing because o drink Starbucks every day !!!!! To over charge me for a bigger drink is crazyyyy

Honestly this is my new to go to Starbucks spot, the person taking my order was super friendly and asked for the correct spelling to my name which usually I wasn’t used to since most spots I go to would just right whatever, honestly a nice touch to this experience, I got my drink super quick too and the barista also asked for correct pronunciation to my name which again just gave a friendly atmosphere, I felt like I was actually being taken care so well

I ordered a grande vanilla bean Frappuccino with 6 pumps of pumpkin syrup Java chips and extra caramel I waited for almost 30 mins thinking was being made then had to ask where my drink was to repeat it and they gave me a small vanilla bean frap with Java chips which isn’t what I paid

single worst Starbucks in NY. The lady at the cashier was super friendly but the other people were like so mean for no reason and they just blast 2000s Kesha. Go anywhere

A Colaco

Easy to find Starbucks location in the city — there is a bar for a quick seat if needed, but otherwise seating has clearly been removed. The team is helpful — though apprehensive to take a reusable cup, even though it was clean. The food selection was very limited by 8 am on a Monday morning.

This is the worst cafe that I ve been. Don’t waste your money and time, the staff is so mean uneducated, no service, and they don’t know how to make coffee ?‍♀️ I never got my order right they definitely must learn from other Starbucks shops! @starbucks
