Service on F,S,S was amazing-Actually popped in because the barista over the past couple of days was awesome. This morning, Monday, the one barista making coffee was more interested in sharing her texts with another barista- it's Monday, 830am people and mobile orders piled up and they had higher priorities. I usually only share great reviews and never complain about NYC but this was ridiculous, especially for a week day when people are obviously in a hurry.

The only normal employee in this establishment is the girl at the coffee shop, she makes coffee, she's great, she tries hard for the customers, the guy at the checkout is slow, the girl who warms up the croissants and pastries is very very very slow, please take measures to communicate with the employees, I waited for my order for 10 minutes, it takes 30 seconds to warm up one small croissant

Place is air-conditioned with some seating areas and standing areas if you’re looking to hang around for a bit.
