I love to order from here and they always would get my order right. I love the environment. The only thing is I feel like the music is repeatedly over and over. Might be me but other than that nothing else.

Spotted about 3 curious mice poking their heads over the edge of the white cabinets lining the wall when I was picking up my order...yes, real mice. I threw out my drink and food right away and walked out. It made me curious about the store's hygiene and if they are aware of issue. Will not be returning and will be spreading the word to anyone from my office who I know goes to this location. Contacted the proper NYC department regarding my observation.

Monday evening I stopped at this Starbucks to introduce a friend to my favorite drink, that I get daily. I ordered it at the counter instead of on the app because I wanted to give my friend the full experience. The service at the counter was okay when I ordered. I asked for 2 and a half pumps of classic syrup and I noticed it wasn’t on the ticket so I asked the Barista who unfortunately didn’t have a name tag if he added the syrup. He was adamant that he did so I just let it go. I asked him for a cup of ice which he gives me without and lid and then when he noticed my facial expression he asked if I wanted a lid. Why wouldn’t I want a lid. Smh. This Starbucks location was not clean, the garbage was full to the top. My friend and I ended up throwing the drinks away because the entire experience was a disappointment.

The staff was extremely rude. I had an urgent situation and arrived just slightly after closing time, but even when I knocked, they didn’t even look at me. One of them just waved me away as if annoyed, saying it was closed. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Service on F,S,S was amazing-Actually popped in because the barista over the past couple of days was awesome. This morning, Monday, the one barista making coffee was more interested in sharing her texts with another barista- it's Monday, 830am people and mobile orders piled up and they had higher priorities. I usually only share great reviews and never complain about NYC but this was ridiculous, especially for a week day when people are obviously in a hurry.
