Rude service. Didn’t give me any receipt but when I ask for restroom she acts annoyed and rude. Tells me code that doesn’t work to to 2 out of 3 restrooms but doesn’t say which one. Total joke.

I ordered lavender iced matcha oatmilk. Does it look like lavender ? I asked the barista and he kept telling me it’s the right one. When I tried it it’s no lavender and no oatmilk. I ordered it through phone because I was in hurry. I had no time to argue with the barista. But it’s disrespectful and ruined my mood in the morning. Will never come back to this location. Waste of money.

One of the nicest Starbucks in Manhattan. Great product, very nice staff! What's not possible: during my visit, almost every guest was talking loudly on the phone and people were shouting at each other. Not possible. Do something about it, for all your guests who want to have a coffee in peace!
