Super disappointed with this location. No one greeted me. Every employee looked miserable. I know it's NYC but come on. Then I got my drink and no writing on my cup and it tasted gross. I will not be coming back in the future.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Saaniah and Kaiden. They were both amazing—so kind, respectful, and incredibly patient. You could l tell our food and drinks were made with love and care. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. This location has so much potential it’s in a great area but the workers are terrible and laughs at me.Put your customer first don’t harass them. They told me the second is closed and I had to leave it’s I only 6:42pm EDT this place closes at 8pm. Follow company rules don’t make up your own rules -barista. I hope corporate reads this and fires them
This is a humongous Starbucks. Worked here for a bit in their second floor lounge. Free WiFi that was decently fast.
The music is loud and poppin. I would not recommend taking a phone call from here.
