The least "reserve" Starbucks that I have been to. There didn't seem to be the typical Reserve menu, and there two small flies visibly flying around inside the pastry display case. Shocked that the staff did not do anything about that.

The service was excellent, with the staff serving everything with a smile. The café itself is spacious and cozy, offering plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax or work in a calm atmosphere. A great spot for both a quick coffee break or a longer stay!

We stayed at Conrad NYC and super excited about Starbucks located right across the street. Went there 3 days for morning coffee and drinks. On 3rd morning, I ordered my usual ice hazelnut espresso and informed that since I asked for light ice- my cup would only be 2/3 filled with coffee or she could top it off with cream but wouldn’t taste the same. Really? I have never experienced this EVER. If this is a new policy, it would be nice for Starbucks to communicate it. Or consistently train your baristas to take this approach daily with every customer. Very disappointed with inconsistent service at this location.

2 weeks ago, I passed by the World Trade Center and about to order a Starbucks Coffee in the 140 West Street branch over the Mobile App.
However, because the scaffolding blocked the address, and I mistakenly selected Brookfield Place Store located at 250 Vesey Street, 2nd Floor. This mistake helped me discovered a nice spot for a Coffee, and now I like this Starbucks Spot the most.
Last week, I stopped by the World Trade Center again, and I undoubtedly ordered from this spot. This branch is the best spot among all different branch I ever gone to.
You can stay inside the Coffee Shop for cool air conditioning and quit, cozy atmosphere, or you can outside of the Coffee shop, there are big space, bigger table and open windows view look out outside of the street.

This Starbucks is no longer a Starbucks Reserve and only offers standard Starbucks drinks. It's not worth going out of your way to get to this location.

Google Maps used to show this as a ”Reserve” store. It WAS, once. While it’s kept the look of the more upscale Reserve store, in terms of the coffees and foodstuffs offered it’s a plain Starbucks now (confirmed by a barista). The fancy machines are unplugged. Call me a little spiteful but I deducted stars for walking 20 minutes expecting to enjoy a Clover-brewed coffee and settling for a bunn-o-matic brewed Pike! After my visit I found a Blue Bottle close to this store. I'm fine with a Pike but do enjoy an occasional bougie coffee! :-)
