One of the three starbucks in the WTC area. Being a reserve location it's darker and fancier. Usually plenty of sitting but they do run behind orders sometimes. It's kind of hidden on the 2nd floor corner so it's not as visible.

I don’t typically write vengeful reviews. However, my boyfriend and I were ignored as we waited for several minutes to place an order. Color me shocked when a random guy saunters over, and promptly gets his order taken. I walked out at that point — a diabolically abysmal experience.

I've sat and worked at this Starbucks location a few times over the past few years and it's always a pleasure. I've always managed to find a spot to sit down and relax, with a nice drink of course. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere couldn't be more chill. Great spot for anyone looking for a little hideaway to work in this wing of Brookfield Place.

Starbucks is a deeply overrated coffee place. Imagine coming to ny with so any options and you choose Starbucks I don't understand it.

I just saw that they’ve added protein drinks and even the option to add 15 grams of protein to any drink on their menu ; that’s great news! I ordered a chocolate one with protein, but 15 grams feels a bit low. Maybe it’d be better to offer higher protein options too. But thank you, really!

I've visited many Starbucks in the city, and without fear of being wrong, this one is the best. Why? The service is on another level, the location is ideal and the space is so large is wonderful. If you have it nearby, do not hesitate to visit it.

Unbelievably terrible service. Ordered food and drinks. It was a very slow morning so I figured we would get our items quickly like normal. We got our drinks fast and then waited 20 minutes without our food items. I went to check on them. I waited a long time before anyone acknowledged me standing there and again no one was waiting. I saw one of the baristas pull out burnt food from one of the ovens. Not sure if it was mine or not. After checking in it took an additional 10 minutes, so terrible. No apologies and everyone seemed to just move slow and not care. Wish I could take back the tip I gave when I checked out and I would have gone elsewhere. Felt compelled to write this as I normally have a great experience at Starbucks locations around the world, would not come back to this one.

New York, the most visited city in the world, is home to this centrally located Starbucks. Yet, despite being in the heart of such a vibrant city, the experience here falls short of expectations—there’s no charm, no inviting atmosphere, and the staff seem tired and uninterested.

I recently visited this store after a good night out in NYC. Manager Greg and his team were awesome! I left my wallet with cash, cards, etc., and realized 1/2 way home to Maine. I placed 1 phone call and within 2 days my wallet with all belongings was in my mailbox! Restored faith in humanity! Thank you Greg and team!
