The location is very convenient—easy to stop by whether you're taking the PATH or subway.
But my first visit here was disappointing. That morning, I wasn’t feeling well—probably low blood sugar since I hadn’t eaten yet. I grabbed a sandwich and went to the counter, clearly not feeling great and leaning on the counter for support.
There were about 3–4 people waiting for drinks, and I was the only one standing at the register, but none of the staff offered to help or asked if I was okay. They weren’t actively making drinks either, just walking around. All I needed was to pay so I could eat and feel better.
It was a small thing, but it really left a bad impression.

I usually stop on my way to work during rush hour and I have to say, staff is fast and my coffee is always on point. No complaints! Super friendly morning staff. my go to spot!!

Cleanliness is acceptable, but attention to detail may be lacking during peak times. It's a decent option for a quick break, but it doesn't stand out enough to be memorable. Ideal if you are looking for something functional, not extraordinary.

Not sure why all the bad reviews for it being busy during times youd expect it to be. We came on our way to the memorial. Very convenient, quick and friendly staff. At 1pm there was no wait. I'm sure it's busy at rush hour times, so expect a wait.

Horrible experience. I went on Sunday around 5 pm, and the girl who took my order was especially rude. She refused to accept my rewards app because ‘I wasn’t American.’ I’d like to point out that she never asked if I was from the U.S., and although I wasn’t born here, I’ve been living here for a while. I tried to explain that the app was American and not from another country, but she still refused to process it. I felt discriminated against, and this person shouldn’t be working with the public.

The worst Starbucks, the young woman employee, wearing a gray hat, is contemptuous and disrespectful, she made the wrong order twice, annoyed she responded to me rudely, while I simply pointed it out to her that she was wrong.
