This three-star Starbucks offers an average experience. The atmosphere is comfortable, with pleasant decor, but it is often too crowded, making it difficult to find seats. Not sure why all the bad reviews for it being busy during times youd expect it to be. We came on our way to the memorial. Very convenient, quick and friendly staff. At 1pm there was no wait. I'm sure it's busy at rush hour times, so expect a wait.

With the introduction of new matcha powder, most of the staff do not know how to make the matcha latte well any more. Lots of matcha clumps!
Quality of frap is terrible, way too much ice that there's almost no taste of coffee despite adding 4 additional shots.
I normally frequent this Starbucks in the morning on the way to office but not any more.
