Not sure why all the bad reviews for it being busy during times youd expect it to be. We came on our way to the memorial. Very convenient, quick and friendly staff. At 1pm there was no wait. I'm sure it's busy at rush hour times, so expect a wait.
The place is clean and my order is always accurate, but the service is painfully slow. There are times I order on the app 15 minutes before I get there and when I get there it still is not ready. I never have this issue at Dunkin downstairs, my stuff is always ready and waiting for me when I
