The past orders here feel like they made a deluted coffee for customers. How come a venti 5 shots ice shaken espresso w/almond milk tastes so dull! Or venti ice coffee with splash of oat milk still tastes so deluted!!! Waste of money.

Ordered hazelnut frappaccino and a latte. Spent about 30 mins there since it was heavily raining outside. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Dint notice a restroom not sure if there was one.
I understand that it’s a morning rush but at least they could train the staff to make sure there’s ice in the ice coffee. Deli coffee is better then this. I don’t go to Starbucks for gourmet coffee, but I go for coffee… not a glass of warm water with espresso in it sold as an ice coffee. Quality is horrible.

Did a Mobil order ($50) Saturday morning 4/20. The young girl at the register was very nice and helpful. The man mixing the drinks was extremely rude and dismissive to my daughter and I. Turned his back on me mid sentence, gestured with his hand as he said “talk to her” motioning to the girl at the register. Oddly enough, he was overly welcoming to the man behind us. Both my daughter and I were shocked at his interaction with us. A little self-awareness training may be in order.
