It seems like today’s barista was still in training, because he had no clue how to prepare my drink. I saw him asking to the other person (cashier?) what the ratio was. I received my drink with no cold foam. Asked him to add it. Still, the drink was UNDRINKABLE. Had to throw it away. Starbucks please make sure you’re training your baristas or have someone supervising their first weeks. A $8 drink should be drinkable

The barista treat me like a subhuman, he didn't respond when I tried to order and just stood there staring at me like I have a contagious disease. Coffee is good but the service is terrible. Not recommended.

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with light ice and extra sweet cream cold foam. It was ordered via the app. I watched the girl behind the counter go to pour the cold foam, realize it was out, shake it, try to pour again and then add more ice as she shrugged to herself. So I got too much ice and no cold foam when it was supposed to be extra…so much for my $6 made to order coffee. I try to like Starbucks and I get that customer service workers are overburdened but I was literally the only person waiting and I was right there if she wanted to even try to do the right thing.

Sadly the staff really let this store down and is shown in other reviews. I went in on Sunday to be met with an instant attitude from the guy at counter just staring at me. No greeting, no please or thank you. When he didn’t hear part of my order I just got a “what” barked at me. All 3 of the staff weren’t friendly in any way as I watched more customers come and go. I’ve actually never witnessed such bad service in a Starbucks store before. Drinks took a long time to make, mixed up orders and too busy talking to each other.

The location is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. The baristas often display a negative attitude and seem more interested in chatting than fulfilling orders. Mobile orders take a long time to be prepared, and when you inquire about your order, the staff's response is unprofessional and dismissive. It feels like customers are interrupting their leisure time rather than receiving the service they deserve. Will not patronize this store anymore!

I saw Mother’s Day offer on the app and asked about details and was told “okay but you are only a child.” This is VERY offensive and inappropriate. I don’t need to show my ID for buying a coffee. As a 30+ Asian, you can’t really say I’m a child because of our young looking.
