Drinks are fine. But I consistently wait 20-30 min for mobile orders, and they’re often out of items. Workers have a bad attitude - prob because they’re understaffed. Has to be one of the worst managed Starbucks in the city.
I came into Starbucks at 8:55am and ordered a matcha latte and an iced coffee with a ham and Swiss cheese croissant. We received the croissant around 9:05am but our coffee took more than 30 minutes. We inquired the barrista's a few times regarding our drink but was given no assistance. There were three of them so i did not imagine it would take that long. At 9:32am, they handed us the drinks which tasted horrible with no apology for our inconvenience. They even gave us attitude when we requested some modifications to our drinks.
The customer service received at this location was very disappointing and horrible.
I would go to any other coffee shops before I step into this one! It seemed like the barrista's were helping everyone else but us.
I ordered two venti drinks and I waited over 35 minutes for my order to be made. I had to go up to the barista and ask him to check on my order then only they started to make my drink. I do not recommend this Starbucks location. The customer service is terrible and they don’t feel the need to say sorry for the delayed service as well. I will not be coming to this location moving forward.
I’ve been a Starbucks customer for many years now. I always order ahead of time, especially in the morning before work. I completely understand it gets busy and maybe overwhelming. But I have to call out the tall guy with the kufi on his head for the morning shift. There was no need for your extra remarks, I waited over 15 minutes for a pike. This wasn’t a latte or a signature drink just a regular coffee. And you have the nerve to give me an attitude because I questioned the lady how much longer? There was no need for your ghetto remarks. You should humble yourself and understand this is the job you chose. Terrible service.
So glad I decided to write a review about my horrible experience at this location today May 26th around 4:40pm. After reading other reviews I see that this location has a history of very bad customer service.
I had the oddest experience that I've ever experienced at any establishment. I placed my order with a young lady that was very friendly who was wearing glasses. After she took my order I asked her to the code to the bathroom, and then proceeded to go wait for the bathroom which was occupied. Then an employee named Juan asked if I ordered something, and that the bathroom was only for paying customers. I responded back to him and asked him what did he think. He then asked me what my name was, and I responded to him and said why didn't he tell me. Yes, I gave him back what he was dishing! Because I had time today. However, I was rather appalled at his non existent customer service skills. Then the other two baristas jumped on his bandwagon and started asking me my name too. Instead of me verbally giving them my name, I showed the app with my name, and somehow they still all decided to act confused as if they didn't see my order which was clearly placed. To not further exasperate the situation I offered them all a solution to their incompetence and requested a refund. The employee Juan had the nerve to make a snarky comment that he didn't know how to read. It is utterly beyond me that I even wasted my time entertaining any of this. One of the other employees , who said he had just gotten there did give me a refund, and I left and went to another Starbucks a few blocks up where they actually had good customer service.
You all need to do something about the quality of the service at this location asap. The reviews speak of the fact that this isn't an isolated incident. I will certainly not ever patronize this location again. Imagine being in a store full of people and literally being harassed by employees over waiting to use a bathroom after you just placed an order! I certainly let Juan know as well that I felt as though he only questioned me because perhaps I didn't look like the normal demographic which perhaps patronizes this establishment. Unfortunately discrimination even happens amongst minority groups, and I've lived long enough to know exactly what I experienced today. Not acceptable!
There are often 15-20 min waits for a mobile order coffee at 9am midweek. Employees stand around chatting vs hustling to make drinks quickly

Old and filthy bathroom, no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers, hand dryer not working.

The worst starbucks I‘ve ever been too. Rude service, made me pay twice for caramel syrup.

It seems like today’s barista was still in training, because he had no clue how to prepare my drink. I saw him asking to the other person (cashier?) what the ratio was. I received my drink with no cold foam. Asked him to add it. Still, the drink was UNDRINKABLE. Had to throw it away. Starbucks please make sure you’re training your baristas or have someone supervising their first weeks. A $8 drink should be drinkable
