i had given the staff there the benefit of the doubt but it happened today. a male staff made my drink and hid it behind the counter without calling my name even though i walked into the store as soon as i had placed the order on my phone for pick up. he had done it before but i just assumed he got distracted. but since i knew the same must've happened again so today i just went up to him asking for my drink after waiting for >10 mins there. he knew which one was mine immediately without thinking. and mind you i was the ONLY person there for pick-up when i walked in yet he just hid my drink behind the counter the whole time without calling my name. then a line started to form after a while he called everyone else's name but mine. don't know his name but he was wearing a gem stone embellished belt. he had done this wasting my time on purpose but i had no idea why.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had and will not be coming back to this one the manager was rude I heard he say I just can’t do the talking to people as it was my turn to go up to the counter just a all around bad experience

Never go to this Starbucks - every single time I have a mobile order it’s at least 15 minutes + and it is not that busy. The employees behind the counter seem to always be running around doing anything but making the drinks. Always chaos. Once they are finally made, they are always incorrect. And when you ask them to fix your order you waited too long for, they roll their eyes and give attitude and do not even apologize and just take the drink to fix - then have the audacity to write smile on the cups when they themselves never smile and look MISERABLE. They are slow, they are rude, and are not welcoming.

Simple. I asked for extra caramel, I got extra, EXTRA caramel. When I thought I only had a few minutes to catch my train, the sevice was smooth, super careful, and attentive. Found out my wait was going to be longer than expected for the 9:36 AM to Stamford, so I had a seat at a clean table and in a cozy, well-lit environment. Just can't find any worthy criticism for the experience. 5 Stars does the board.

i've seen several times that they use regular whole milk for orders that specifically ask for soy milk/oatmilk/almond milk. If you have digestive issues or lactose intolerance please reconsider ordering from this place before important meetings or running around in the city without easy access to restroom. :) you don't wanna risk it.

Garbage Starbucks. Avoid at all cost. The drinks will be wrong and make you sick.

I order a strawberry matcha. I got a weird grayish drink with no strawberry or matches the baristas didn’t care and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes when confronted. Would not even attempt to remake my drink. Just told me what I got is what I order. No thank you or any acknowledge when I come inside. If these are the folks Starbucks hire, no wonder the whole business as a whole is failing.

I have been a member for over 15 years and i have been visiting this location for many many times, but today for the first time that when i asked for the bathroom code and the lady was saying that i need to purchase something first.
Is this new policy?
Owner/Management team....you guys can do better than that....

They made a mistake with an order - fine, no one is perfect. What’s not acceptable is acting like the job or the customer is beneath you, not admitting that you’ve made a mistake and complaining about the customer even before they left the store. I don’t need an apology - just pure ‘I didn’t hear your right’ is enough. Best of luck to you that girl in the evening today there. I hope you find a job that is not beneath you. Perhaps my mistake was I chose to interact with staff instead of ordering on the phone. Lol

Drinks are fine. But I consistently wait 20-30 min for mobile orders, and they’re often out of items. Workers have a bad attitude - prob because they’re understaffed. Has to be one of the worst managed Starbucks in the city.
