Simple. I asked for extra caramel, I got extra, EXTRA caramel. When I thought I only had a few minutes to catch my train, the sevice was smooth, super careful, and attentive. Found out my wait was going to be longer than expected for the 9:36 AM to Stamford, so I had a seat at a clean table and in a cozy, well-lit environment. Just can't find any worthy criticism for the experience. 5 Stars does the board.

I just waited 17 minutes for a black cold brew. I know it’s the morning, but by any standard that’s far too long. This is the 3rd time I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for a black cold brew. This will be the last time I go here. Step it up Starbucks…
