Came here post spin class to refuel, since I had some Starbucks credit to use. I ordered the usual Iced Matcha Latte and a simple plain bagel w cream cheese for some post workout carbs. The bev was slightly sweetened bc that's how their matcha powder comes lol I also had the staff toast my bagel and I enjoyed my combo by a window seat.
I had a decent experience here - staff was super friendly, even complimented my perfume lol - and they even wrote a cute note on my bev! :) Plenty of seating at this location and staff kindly swept the floors, so the establishment is kept tidy.

Not sure why I watched several people who ordered after me getting drinks, meanwhile I waited 15 minutes, never hearing my name called. I ordered a short sized cortado……. Staff was on the phone, giggling, and just chatting away. Respect people’s time please.

i ordered my drink 8pm then i wanted to use the bathroom they said we are cleaning it you have to wait so I finished my drink and went to use the bathroom they told me it’s closed and it was still 8:20 pm and the store closes 9 pm .. unreasonable lazzy stuff

I experienced discrimination at this Starbucks location. On Sunday, September 19th, I took my young son to the store and mentioned to him, quietly, that “in Jewish tradition, pink is for girls.” Immediately after that comment, the manager interrupted our conversation, and the employee refused to serve me. I remained calm and respectful throughout — my remark was part of a private conversation with my child. Being refused service after expressing a simple element of our Jewish tradition felt humiliating, deeply inappropriate, and discriminatory.
I have submitted a formal report of this incident to the New York City Commission on Human Rights for review and accountability. Documentation, including video evidence, has been provided to the appropriate authorities.
I hope Starbucks investigates this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer or family experiences such treatment.

Store # 7427- 1917 = 5 STAR rating because Cali was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the coffee drinks which demonstrates great customer skills. Cali made sure my drink was to my liking and delicious. Cali is a great representative of this Starbucks ! The place was also clean and the ambience very cozy, spacious and comfortable.

Employees are always nice and welcoming at this location - My favorite Starbucks location in the city! They offered me a venti sized water on an extremely hot day and the thoughtfulness and kindness made my day and made me feel so much better!
