Yummy cocktails to be found at the Reserve Lounge after exploring the 102nd floor. Ariana was great and an absolute doll. Ended up skipping the souvenir store but got a cooler cup at the Reserve

Come for the upstairs sit down experience! The food, seasonal food selections, and upstairs full bar is a nice touch. I appreciate the full service sit down even with a bar to sit at. My only wish is there would be more focused on Reserve Coffee beans. The Empire Blend is delicious, has a classic American Style coffee: acidic, slightly tart profile but well rounded. More specialty espresso would be even better.

A unique Starbucks experience on a chilly morning—perfect for a hot coffee and cozy stop ☕❄️
• Friendly staff and quick service (though my americano had a little spill!)
• Wide selection of pastries and sandwiches—something for every craving 🥐🥪
• Spacious, pretty interiors with cozy seating; can get busy, but spots are easy to find
• They have a tasting café/area—such a cool addition!
• Gender-neutral, clean restrooms 🚻
• A great café to relax at when visiting the Empire State Building 🏙️

The upstairs cocktail bar is amazing!! We had the tiramisu espresso martini and I have to say it’s the best espresso martini i’ve ever had. The server was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately it was very quiet up there as we were the only ones in there so hopefully it gets busier for them as it’s a truly amazing cocktail bar and deserves more hype!

The service was really bad , on the first floor We ordered coffee and some croissants and asked if we could go to the C floor to sit down, and they said yes. When we got to the C floor, an employee came over and told us we couldn't sit there unless we ordered from them. We explained that the barista had told us we could sit on that floor, and she said that the barista was misinformed. We don't understand why, if it's the same Starbucks, we couldn't sit there. Anyway, we then ordered some martini , etc., and before we had even finished, she came over and told us to pay and leave without asking if we wanted to order anything else. Very bad service. We won't be back, and we don't recommend it to anyone

The snacks and drinks were great and the atmosphere was comfortable. The service was lacking. We waited for about min for a menu and had to go to the bar for our bill.

I was here today and wanted to get service here, but I didn't want to stay because of the disrespectful and rude behavior of the woman working downstairs, who claimed to be the supervisor, a woman with dark, curly hair and sweating profusely. Her racist remarks disturbed me, and people like her shouldn't be working here.We don't want to get anything for free here; we have to pay for it, and we expect to receive a certain level of service for that money. This is completely unacceptable

It was good! Tiramisu espresso martini was delish. The only thing is that I asked the waiter for water twice and they never brought it to me. I felt embarrassed asking for it for a third time so I paid and left.

Darker, more sophisticated feel, a lot more merch specific to NYC and the Empire State Building that sits above it, two stories of Starbucks cafe and tasting space. Nice but relatively sparse seating. Big counters and a lot of pastries in the early morning.
Restaurant upstairs wasn't open when I arrived, too early, so my food reference is just about pastries and tea.

Early mornings are the best time to visit—it’s calm, relaxed, and not too crowded. It can feel a bit overwhelming once it gets busy, but overall it’s still worth stopping by at least once for the experience. 😊
