Like the place. The barrel aged cold brew is nice and special. Has three floors? That's kinda special.
To come to a Starbucks reserve and have the simplest drink screwed up is highly annoying.
Espresso goes in a WHITE MOCHA AND A REGULAR MOCHA! Always a debate about it. Worked for Starbucks a few years back and stayed for five years I would know.
In my view, this is better than other famous starbucks reserve. This products also about Empire State things, so original. And also this reserve is quieter than other reserve, it is so important for me :)
Review for Starbucks Reserve Tasting Room for June 9
I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my recent visit. While I usually enjoy the atmosphere at this location, something happened that made me question the professionalism of the staff. A short barista, think her name was Lexy or Alexy made a shockingly inappropriate comment within earshot of customers.
I'm not sure what prompted it, but it was something along the lines of a crude joke about licking customer's balls? I have no idea why you would even say that. It was completely uncalled for and made the environment feel disrespectful and unprofessional, and uncomfortable.
I understand that everyone has off days, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it so future guests don't have to deal with the same discomfort.
The cocktail section is stylish and comfortable. The espresso martini was very good. We also had a cocktail with ice cream, I don't remember its name but we didn't like it, it didn't have a clear taste, neither sweet nor strong, in short it was like Nesquik mixed with water. The staff is polite, especially many thanks to the French waiter.
Amazing coffee, crafted and served by a highly adept and well-versed team. My entire experience here from ordering at the counter to pick up at the bar area is consistently and beautifully seamless. The whole team here exudes positivity and genuinely interacts and communicates with each other, and their guests, with welcoming and appreciative mannerisms. In addition, with the often short time they have to speak with each person, the conversations are appropriately meaningful and certainly add to a comfortably relaxed and neighborly café experience. Thank you.
I adore Starbucks and think this is a wonderful idea!!! I got an espresso martini and my partner got the flight. Service was quite slow and it wasn't super busy so that was disappointing but the drinks were amazing and I would recommend a visit!

Very long and incomplete order. The advantage of waiting 15 minutes for your gender-neutral toilets is that you have time to leave a review.

Aside from the host. Too expensive, unbalanced drinks other than the non alcoholic drinks. The alcoholic drinks were bad. Recipes need to be re worked a lot.

Lovely and huge store. Visit the other levels to have a less crowded experience. Service is like everything in NYC: basic transactional, with a few good exceptions. But it is worth visiting.

I came here with a friend the other day for the first time. I’m a huge Starbucks fan and the concept of a Starbucks with better selections of food and mixed drinks is spectacular. There are two floors where you can get foud ands drinks. The upper floor on street level is the prettiest with ltbe nicest bar. The one a floor below is the more basic looking bar and “restaurant” but is definitely less peopley and much quieter so we went to that one. You order from a QR code and they bring out your drinks and food. My drink was the Creme Brûlée Eggnog and was delish. The coolest thing is watching them use a culinary torch to caramelize the sugar on top! My friend thought her Pumpkin Latte was too sweet and the barista was so nice and brought another on the house. However that one was just watery. My friends first language isn’t English so there was some confusion. Just order Less syrup (one less “pump” of syrup is my advice in future. There are NO charging outlets here at all on purpose but I’m pretty sure that’s so people don’t knock up all the seats with laptops. Bummer if your phone needs juice though. Overall a good experience and will be back.

Waited 15 minutes for a table and then sat for 20 waiting on a server. Got up and left. Starbucks is trying too hard.

Good coffee.
Unisex toilet is stupid
Stopped by after having dinner nearby. It was busy but still had tables available without reservations. The seasonal cocktails were delicious and really enjoyed the flights. If you have a Starbucks card, you can use it to pay for the bill. Service is slow but it was busy.
