Very long and incomplete order. The advantage of waiting 15 minutes for your gender-neutral toilets is that you have time to leave a review.

Aside from the host. Too expensive, unbalanced drinks other than the non alcoholic drinks. The alcoholic drinks were bad. Recipes need to be re worked a lot.

Lovely and huge store. Visit the other levels to have a less crowded experience. Service is like everything in NYC: basic transactional, with a few good exceptions. But it is worth visiting.

I came here with a friend the other day for the first time. I’m a huge Starbucks fan and the concept of a Starbucks with better selections of food and mixed drinks is spectacular. There are two floors where you can get foud ands drinks. The upper floor on street level is the prettiest with ltbe nicest bar. The one a floor below is the more basic looking bar and “restaurant” but is definitely less peopley and much quieter so we went to that one. You order from a QR code and they bring out your drinks and food. My drink was the Creme Brûlée Eggnog and was delish. The coolest thing is watching them use a culinary torch to caramelize the sugar on top! My friend thought her Pumpkin Latte was too sweet and the barista was so nice and brought another on the house. However that one was just watery. My friends first language isn’t English so there was some confusion. Just order Less syrup (one less “pump” of syrup is my advice in future. There are NO charging outlets here at all on purpose but I’m pretty sure that’s so people don’t knock up all the seats with laptops. Bummer if your phone needs juice though. Overall a good experience and will be back.

Waited 15 minutes for a table and then sat for 20 waiting on a server. Got up and left. Starbucks is trying too hard.

Stopped by after having dinner nearby. It was busy but still had tables available without reservations. The seasonal cocktails were delicious and really enjoyed the flights. If you have a Starbucks card, you can use it to pay for the bill. Service is slow but it was busy.

Absolutely useless place, too crowded, no tables, no couches, no places to sit and study/work, spend time with friends. Terrible design. The line to the restroom is always the worst, you can spend there an hour. Never come again to this place.

Really disappointed in the service here. I made special plans to visit this pop-up to try the holidays offerings and because I had never been to a Reserve store. The interior was beautiful I will give it that. But the service was abysmal from a customer experience perspective. The literal first thing our server said (after we waited 25 minutes for a table): "what can I get started for you?". Like, ma'am I didn't just wait 25 minutes to get counter service! I even had to ask her for her name and she still didn't take any time to connect with us or try to offer us pairings or ask questions about our preferences. I get better connection at my local starbucks where I dont waste my time & money.. visited 12/26/24.

Wonderful restaurant! I like the holiday samplers and Olive oil cake. One more thing, my wife got the wrong dish, they sent the right one later and said that meal was free.

Starbucks reserve was great, took my grand babies for coco and cake pops. I will definitely be going again this weekend for the tasting room and the only bad experience was that some patrons were very upity and didn't have any consideration that I had multiple kid and one in a stroller, while holding drinks trying to go to the upstairs tating room where I wanted to sit with them and they literally side swiped me just to get by me and my baby stroller to go up as I was heading down because I didn't know we had to make a reservation and with all the kids I didn't want to stay and wait. Other than that I loved the pistachio raspberry tart 😋 sooo good with my cinnamon dolce latte

Beautiful and great bakery. Food and drinks are perfect.
Not a lot of places to sit & eat comfortably though and if you are looking to charge your phone there are no plug locations this is definitely not the spot for it.
