Lovely and huge store. Visit the other levels to have a less crowded experience. Service is like everything in NYC: basic transactional, with a few good exceptions. But it is worth visiting.
I came here with a friend the other day for the first time. I’m a huge Starbucks fan and the concept of a Starbucks with better selections of food and mixed drinks is spectacular. There are two floors where you can get foud ands drinks. The upper floor on street level is the prettiest with ltbe nicest bar. The one a floor below is the more basic looking bar and “restaurant” but is definitely less peopley and much quieter so we went to that one. You order from a QR code and...
Stopped by after having dinner nearby. It was busy but still had tables available without reservations. The seasonal cocktails were delicious and really enjoyed the flights. If you have a Starbucks card, you can use it to pay for the bill. Service is slow but it was busy.
