I havent been to starbucks in a long time but wanted to see rebrand. This location got renovated and looks great but my first time back they messed up my order and gave me a small instead of large and still too expensive for an iced tea. It is cool they write my name on cup and staff seemed nice but the value isnt there for the product, 4ish bucks for a cup of ice and some tea and the wrong size. Good hangout spot i guess though. At the end of the day, a business should give you what you ordered and paid for, everything else is just window dressing and otherwise pointless.

I ordered my regular, a Venti ice matcha light ice and received a grande ice matcha. When I told the barista it was Venti she dumped the grande cup in the venti and gave me the left overs of the blender. When I got it back I told her it was way too foamy. The barista said it's foamy because it's light ice. I asked her to please remake it, it didn't weight right. It felt too light. She just added more ice instead of making it brand new. I got a grande ice with extra foam which is not what I ordered or paid for. The picture doesn't lie. Horrible barista. Couldn't remake a mistake or even acknowledge she was wrong.

I’d give 100 ⭐️’s if I could. Unique & Nina made me feel so welcome since the moment I step foot in their branch. Nina gave Incredible suggestions of things I could pear well with the drink I faithfully get, she made sure to warm the blueberry muffin up for me I ordered because of her positive reassurance, Unique wrote a positive message that I didn’t see on the cup until I took a sip and got in my car. I had to go back into the restaurant to make sure I told them how appreciative I was at the incredible job they were doing and learned that Unique is the store manager. I See why! Not to mention the facility is as clean! The music is low and sets a great vibe, anytime I’m in New York, this Starbucks I will come! Thank you for the phenomenal service you ladies have provided me with today. NY & Starbucks is blessed to have you 2💯😁 Until we meet again. Sincerely JT
