During my visit, I encountered several issues that seriously affected my customer experience. First, when we asked for water, we were informed that we had to make a purchase to get it. So I bought a bag of chips, I then asked for the access code to the restroom. Once inside, I noticed that the toilet was clogged with paper and wouldn't flush, despite my repeated attempts to flush it. After reporting the problem to an employee, I was met with indifference and was simply asked to wait. I finally had to use the toilet despite its condition, and after several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up trying to flush it. On my way out, I informed another customer of the situation. Furthermore, my friend still hadn't received the water she requested. When I questioned an employee about this, another employee claimed not to have seen the water, but offered to give it to my friend since she hadn’t drank from it. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and arrogance displayed by the employees at this establishment. Such service is unacceptable! I therefore request an investigation into this situation and appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Horrible neighbors. So dirty. Continuously get their deliveres and trash picked up at 3 am, slam their gates, and idle at all hours of the night despite 1700 Broadway asking them to be decent neighbors (and all of their residential neighbors asking them to have an ounce of consideration). Rats running around their trash. Worst staff, worst management!! Starbucks doesn’t give a care in the world. Advice to everyone: go to blank street or Angelina around the corner, or something sweet down the road. All a million times better neighbors, better coffee, and nicer management. Because of how this Starbucks specifically treats people, I’ve put my $7 a day towards better shops!
Edit: I tried to reach out and got the same canned response over and over again. These people hate the communities they operate in with no consequence. The absolute worst!

Stopped here today to do some work emails and observed this amazing staff as they maneuvered an unexpected NYC crowd. Kenny stood out to me as one of the baristas that will always make you smile , welcomed you as you entered the store and wished everyone a great day. One of the best teams at starbucks!

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in NYC and this one is by far the roughest ones. The older lady behind the counter is snarky and inefficient. This is the first place where I saw the so called “New York Attitude” shine through. The guy that lost my pastry looked annoyed when I asked him about it and they had left it behind a counter 🙁. Drink was good and my food was good. Clean enough

I loved Very berry hibiscus refresher so I asked them if they still have it coz it's been a while. He said yes, I asked one more time, and he still said yes. When my drink came out, I didn't see the dried fruits supposed to be in there, so I asked the batista, he said it's some kind of tea, not the Very berry hibiscus. I told him I didn't order that, and he asked me what I wanted instead, so I got Paradise drink I usually get. And the casher came back later, saw my drink, and asked his coworker why I got the different drink. And the coworker explained him he said "It's the same thing!" I was sitting at the bar in front of the counter, heard everything. It was really un professional and no one said sorry to me. It was really unpleasant experience.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago to get something to drink since I was in the area and to also get out of the rain. I had gotten an iced chai latte and it was great, Starbucks has one of, if not thee best ice chai lattes In my opinion. The service was great and the store as a whole was nice and cozy vibes. Would definitely come back again.
