I ordered and was lightly sticker shocked by the pricing of the smaller items I ordered. Besides that, the lady and gentleman that were working were super friendly and even asked follow up questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I've had great service at Starbucks, but these folks went above and beyond what I expected for the general friendliness of the area. The mocha I received made me a happy camper on the train home. I'll be back next time I visit the city!

They took forever and I had to leave before getting my drink to get to work. Barista was just standing around and no body in the cafe. I waited for 10min. I asked politely when my order was going to be ready, they just waved me off, said it was going to be next, then proceeded to make 5 more drinks that wasn’t my order.

Despite it being a very small location, and often extremely packed, the service here is fantastic. The guy that hands out the drinks has the best energy and is always smiling despite the stress of the dozens of people waiting for their drink. Props to the employees here.

My sandwhich was just thrown in the back and the bread was mushy.
They provided no utensils for my egg bites or oatmeal.
The addons I asked for for the oatmeal were wrong and the oats weren’t done.
They are sloppy. Other locations provide better service.

I redeemed 100 star for a beverage with many ingredients. The barista apparently does not like my order. He made me a long wait. He purposely made everyone else’s drinks before me even though they came in later. Then finally when making my drink, he skipped 3/4 of ingredients. Huge disappointment!

I ordered moch cookie crumble. It has no cookie crumble. Even though you ask for less ice. Its nothing but ice. After requesting for extra extra mocha sau lce , they did not add that . I have ordered the same drink for other locations and there is always mocha sauce at the bottom , these people did not add that ad well. I said with no whipped cream and the lady added the whipped cream and just scrapped it off infront me me with hand and gave it back to me with dirty cup. People who work there are always talking and not working and listening to customers.
This was 1 experience and I had few bad experiences at this location . They just take advantage of convinient location and sell bad products. I hope starbucks pays attention as this location is not providing good service at all.
