I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived the barista preparing the beverages was Great. I received my beverage almost as soon as I walked in. My sandwich, on the other hand, was not ready. One of the employees literally passed by and looked at my sandwich on the counter three times. This was the first store I entered after arriving in New York. The croissants were warm and crispy. If you are waiting for your cafe latte, they will serve you by name. Even though I was very confused, the staff spoke English well and did not make any unpleasant faces. Even short, it's about the size of a Japanese Starbucks tall ????
