Ordered two wrong coffees, they tried to fix, I was still not happy, I offered to start again at my own expense, of course, and they wouldn't accept my money. Told me it was a mistake and they wanted to get it right for me. LOVE this place! Will go every day I am here for 2 macchiatos and not cortados which in the US have a lot more milk than Europe. Now I know :)

I went on the evening of 8/23/25 NEVER in my life have I gone to a Starbucks and the workers ignored me or be rude. I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato and one of the baristas gave it to me iced. The SAME barista who made it not only ignored me 4 times, but also made two other people’s drinks wrong as well. I went to another barista, ignored me too. I went to person at the register and explained to him what was going on and confirmed that I ordered a hot drink not iced. He fixed it for me. Wow never coming to this location again so disappointing.

We ordered our Ice Cafe normal and it took 20 minutes to deliver the order. They served a lot of people before us even though we asked before and besides the fact that my friend was pregnant. And to finish with a flourish when receiving the order it was not the correct one. Super bad service.

Lazy employees, that are busy chit chatting and not doing their work even when lines are long. The employees in this location need basic job training at the least. Some of them are nice, but it’s a hit or miss on who is there when you order. Other Starbucks locations are far better, avoid this one and go to 43rd and 6th or 40th and Broadway. I order Veranda dark roast and every single time I have to remind them after waiting 15 mins, they always forget that people come here to order black coffee as well.

The store was small, but the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made my Frappuccino really quickly, and the best part is that it was free thanks to the rewards program for my birthday, it honestly made my day even happier!🩷🩷🩷
