We ordered our Ice Cafe normal and it took 20 minutes to deliver the order. They served a lot of people before us even though we asked before and besides the fact that my friend was pregnant. And to finish with a flourish when receiving the order it was not the correct one. Super bad service.

Lazy employees, that are busy chit chatting and not doing their work even when lines are long. The employees in this location need basic job training at the least. Some of them are nice, but it’s a hit or miss on who is there when you order. Other Starbucks locations are far better, avoid this one and go to 43rd and 6th or 40th and Broadway. I order Veranda dark roast and every single time I have to remind them after waiting 15 mins, they always forget that people come here to order black coffee as well.

Good establishment right in the center of Times Square. Very friendly and pleasant staff, especially ALILE, who was super attentive and professional every day I went there. It is a pleasure to meet people like him when you are in another country that is not your own.

Bad service. Had me wait almost 40 minutes for 2 drinks and was given no excuse of why it wasn’t made. And when I inquired about why it took so long for the 1 other latte to be made, the response I got was,” Well they are right there, you got them now.” Definitely not the way I was expected to be treated.

So they really TRY here but, I have found their system to be a timing disaster. Often my beverages is sitting while I wait, and wait, and WAIT for my sandwich. Again the staff tries. They NEED an additional oven for rushes!

Hot chocolate was hot and delicious. Restaurant is small and there's no place to sit to enjoy your drink. There are also no restrooms. Just take your drink and go.

I get it’s busy but no need to be rude! As the lady was that took our order. Then didn’t get it right. Disappointed in Starbucks and I’ve never said that before. My peppermint mocha tasted like it had chemicals in it?

The worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 coffee. The guy bad at service. He didn’t understand what I said and give me only one and I waited for it 20 minutes. After I said I ordered 2 and I need to wait again for 20 minutes. He didn’t asked for which name so how can I know which one is mine.
