My favorite location ever! Quick ordering on the mobile app and Ant especially is amazing! He remembers names and is so polite and efficient and cares about customers- I go to this location mostly and it's because of him. I also loved the sticker on my drink today that said "love your energy." Made my day!

It's a regular stop every time you go abroad. The prices are certainly excessive, but it should definitely be tried at least once. Here in New York there are many of them and all of different sizes, the basics remain the environment and the products. The larger ones have more gadgets (cups, mugs, glasses, mugs, biscuits, coffee beans and capsules, take-away glasses, syrups and much more). I repeat, it should be tried at least once. My son always wanted to stop by just to get something hot to take away and say: I feel like a New Yorker!!!!

Very bad experience. We have ordered large tea and medium Macha on coconut milk. When we pick our order there was two large cups and Macha late was on cow milk. When I come back to counter ask why we received wrong coffee? I was blamed to don’t say I want on coconut milk (last 4 years we ordered different coffee on coconut milk) I have been charged for coconut milk and Yizzy who served us says “is not big deal”. Can cause serious alergicy reaction “not big deal”Additionally my name is Jack dot Josh3 mistakes all on costumer+extra charge for milk ?????

I absolutely love my favorite Starbucks! It's become a daily ritual for me - grabbing my morning cup on the way to work. Whether I'm walking my pup and treating her to a puppuccino or indulging in a white chocolate mocha, the experience is always delightful. The staff goes above and beyond, and the service is truly starsamazing. This Starbucks is consistently fully stocked with new inventory weekly. The clean, spacious atmosphere and exceptional management make it evident the moment you walk in. It's a gem of a spot!

I am at the Starbucks on 31stand 7th Avenue. I stop here now all the time sincemy old Starbucks on 7th and 39th closed.The staff here ( as well as on 39th)is so kind and considerate. Rey, London,Fatou, etcand the rest of the staff go out of their wayto make our experience here memorable.Rey and the rest of the staff send positive vibes to everyone who comes in.
